  Disappointing service and not worth the money

  Don't be fooled by the architecture design. The service in this suite is terrible. There is no housekeeping services available. Check in time is strictly 3pm,and you have to park your car outside and walk in to the counter for registration. I was ask to pay rm300.00 deposit for a four night stay. There is no trolley available for you to take your luggage to the room. And to make the matter worst,there is only one lift available to take you to your room. Just imagine if you have a handful of luggage how many trips and time wastage just to take it up to your room. I booked a two room suite and paid around rm1000 for my four night stay. You can easily get a two room hotel suite else where with house keeping and other hotel facilities available for you. There is no 24hrs receptionist available in this suite. Will never stay at this place again.

  Penang Home Stay

  The facilities here are good, WI-FI, swimming pool, and etc. Stand beside the window I can see a beautiful view here, I like it so much. There is several common area can take OOTD photo, in conclusion, we do enjoy it!

  Review for this unit only - Arte S 3A-15-3

  We rented the whole apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was super clean and cosy facing the pools. We just feel like home... the place was in good condition with a minimalist set up. Eatery place and convenience store were just nearby. Arte S building is well known for its unique design on certain floors thus makes this place worth the stay i.e. European style of lounge, full glass panel viewing deck, lounge pod and sky jacuzzi. The unit has cable TV and wifi too.

  Hotel near USM, Penang with perfect architecture design and view

  For me, this hotel has very interesting architecture. You can rent the whole apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, its suitable for anyone who comes with a large family members. At the same time, you also can cook your own food as they provide kitchen space. If you don't want to cook, you can have dinner at the IVORY building which located next to this hotel that has several restaurants serving varieties and kinds of food. At the same time, the hotel has a beautiful view. You can hang out on the balcony to enjoy the view around the Penang Island. The prices are not too expensive although the hotel looks luxurious.

  Great Price with Brilliant Architecture

  It is very near to USM and I would recommend anyone that is visiting a friend or a family member from USM. Price wise is very good. It is very reasonable and the facilities they offer are also prerry great. In addition, the architecture is really beautiful and the night view is pretty stunning too.
