  Stay away from this hotel like a fire

  If this hotel could be given zero I would give !!! Just a scandal for those who gave confirmation that this is a 3 star hotel and a bigger scandal for those who stayed and recommended the hotel - they have probably never stayed in hotels !!! First of all, this is a hotel that is not maintained at all; We were given a very small room, which we even had to close the girl's cart to enter the room, very strange !! This was the easy part of the unpleasant experience we went through at the hotel, since besides the bad smell in the whole hotel (you just smell strange and bad already), the big shock was the mess of the room when everything was dirty, from the bed that was full of hair !!! Up to the bath and windows, just shocking !!! How shocking, so far, that my wife could not sleep on this bed and I could not sleep from the bad smell - only when I opened the window and a few hours later it was two hours !! The shower is very clean, the breakfast is horrible, no variety and no taste at all For general knowledge, I always look for the positive points and yet, I couldn't sleep in this hotel, just hear from anyone who was there and stay away from another hotel !!! Today, if they pay me, I will not go there !!! However, two positive things (for those who still go - there are still suckers in the world): 1) The staff is very nice and tries to help - without success. 2) The location is not bad at all - near the marina (2-3 minutes walk) and next to shopping (5-6 minutes walk). Wish people wouldn't go through what I went through at any hotel :)

  Highly recommended

  I stayed with my wife and 2 kids 4 nights in Ayhan hotel. It is very well located in a calm street, 8 minutes walking to Kaleiçi, 4 minutes to bus and Tram stations. The hotel is very clean, the room was large enough for the four of us, and the staff was honest, helpful and more than friendly. Whenever we asked for something they would help as fast as they can. We tried for the first time the Hamam, it was fun and relaxing. For sure, the next time I will visit Antalya, Ayhan hotel will be my only choice.

  Excellent for the price.

  My family & I stayed at Ayhan hotel for 7 days. The best thing about it is the location. Its 5 - 10 mins from the main square, the Marina & town. Lots of little shops near by for you to get extra supplies. Breakfast on the terrace was also a very good factor, you can view the mountains & see as you enjoy your breakfast. Free tea was also available to customers & you can just sit in the lobby & watch TV. Our internet connection had a problem when we initially arrived but it was immediately fixed on request. Customer services was good but I feel they struggled to understand my Yorkshire accent sometimes. Breakfast was good & however it didn't change much daily. A toaster for customers to use rather than having to ask the staff to get you some toast would have been a better idea. So overall for the price we paid, the hotel was spot on. We got it for the location so we didn't have to get expensive taxis back from town & we weren't let down.

  Disgusting hotel - avoid

  I stayed at this hotel last year with my family and once we arrived had realised it was not a 3* hotel. It is disgusting. Rude staff with the exception of 1 the night reception which i cannot remember his name. The breakfast is horrible. They do not provide clean towels everyday and complain when you out them on the floor to request new ones. Would not recommend. The bathroom has a sewage problem and smells really bad. There are stains on the wall. The room was far too small for 4 ppl in a room. The had a spa downstairs however only men used this...for reasons which you know. Avoid avoid avoid. The reviews are not genuie and are paid for. You will realise this if you book this.

  Excellent stay staff very helpful breakfast very nice friendly very clean hotel everyday room clean would definitely come again near to old town Antalya shopping nearby restaurants to eat Turkish food or fast food.
