  Wonderful stay

  Great hotel, spacious rooms, nice big pool with sun beds and towel service. Nice little coffees shop in the lobby. Hotel is also a host for big company events which could lead to many people gathering (mainly men) smoking outside in the smoking zone. Staff is very friendly especially at the bar and pool.

  Bangi Food Paradise

  Bangi is a simple resort but good for the family trip. The location is bit far from KL but near to the resort there are few mall and restaurant. Bangi offer the traditional food (Malaysian food) such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, and Mee Goreng as the favorites food. Its really a good experience for me and family staying 4 days and 3 night in Bangi Resort because their delicious cuisine.

  WORTHLESS STAY

  CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ok around 5-10 minutes. i come around 2pm & they allow me to check in early. check in 3pm & check out 11am. prepare deposit rm200 guys before come. usually other hotels ask max rm100 only.furthermore nonsense checkout time 11am. other hotels latest can extend till 1pm CAFE i didnt take breakfast as i read few guest complain on it. but i had my welcome drinks(complimentary) there. ROOM i book grand deluxe which cost rm200. why choose grand deluxe? because 2 types of refurbished room were grand deluxe & grand premier. prefer refurbished room rather than old design interior. room is clean. hot/cold water is ok. however aircond took longer time to cool the room. i git room 220 & my view not very scenic as facing the trees only. better choose facing pool but u'll see the other room too. POOL beautiful view. there is also fish pond. THINGS TO IMPROVE please provide extra pillow inside no bathrobe provided please reserve the nearest parking for hotel guest. yesterday when i check in feels so irritated to park quite far. eventhough there is van can accomodate us to hotel but its a hassle to us that comes with kids & lots of bags. i know there is event meeting happen but your priority is hotel guest not the event. so the event participant should park sonewhere else. why we are the one need to park far away?? CONCLUSION i'll not coming back. why? late check in time early check out rates quite high for the facilities high deposit terrible parking no attraction

  Excellent service!

  This hotel has been our regular getaway resort from the hustle bustle of the city for more than 5 years now. Despite the change of management (Equatorial - Hotel Bangi - Bangi Resort Hotel), standard & quality has been maintained. Stayed few weekends back in the Grand Premier Room. Though room itself is aged, it's kept very clean. Hotel went out of the way with room decor & to send a cake for hubby's birthday. Great SOPs in place with the new norms, pool restricted to certain number of pax (pre booking required). Impressed with service by the life guards at the pool, went out of the way to get balls for my kids. Breakfast was good too. New feature - hot freshly baked cookies on check-in.

  Serene Hideout

  Bangi is only 40 minutes drive from KL. The town offers good array of eateries and relatively cheaper accommodation. The Hotel is nestled amidst Bangi Golf Club, on high ground where one gets a good view of town and golf the golf course. It was initially operated by Equatorial Hotel and for a good many years, then a 5-star setting. Recently it changed to Bangi Putrajaya Hotel and last year, after a makeover, its known by the present name. Rooms are spacious with louvred screen balcony, marbled bathroom with bath and shower. In the old days the restaurant was rated as one of the best eats. Judging by the breakfast I had, it still retains that flavour. Staff are friendly. Its very quiet. One can enjoy the fish pond with several freshwater species, and the large pool next to the pond. Or take a stroll around the hotel ground. Its a serene hideout and a recommended getaway spot to relax over the weekend out of town. Since its less than an hour from KLIA, it would be worth a while as a transit point.
