  Estupendo

  Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda la localización, prácticamente en Vía Toledo, una de las principales arterias de la ciudad. Las habitaciones, aunque para mi gusto con muebles con demasiado estilo rococó, son acogedoras y están muy limpias. Además casi todas tienen vistas al interior de la galería Umberto I. Los empleados son todos muy amables y serviciales. La única pega es que si vienes en coche es una zona de difícil aparcamiento. Por lo demás, estupendo!!

  Tremendo decorado.

  Muy, muy kisch. Decoración indescriptible, pero una vez te acostumbras el lugar es muy tranquilo y se duerme muy bien. Localización dificil de horario comercial. El personal del desayuno muy amable y el desayuno mismo bueno. El desayuno en la terraza tiene mucho encanto.Ubicación excelente.

  Grand building Santa Brigida

  Huge grand building with not too much inside. B&B Art Suite are in the higher floors of this beautiful building. Accommodation which remand me living in the museum. The staff is very nice and helpful , great local it is central of the Naples downtown.

  Life saver!

  My partner and I were amidst a bit of a whirlwind tour of Europe and after deciding to change plans, found ourselves stranded without accommodation. After referring to trip advisor and other means of advice, we found this place. The price is very good and the location is fantastic. After being in Naples a few days before, we knew exactly where it was and what was around it. Its only a 10 minute or so walk from the port where the Alibus drops you from the airport. As we were carrying heavy backpacks, this we were thankful for. The port being so close was also a massive plus as we are heading to Capri tomorrow. The best pizzerias, patisseries and restaurants are all a short stroll away including Brandi (the birthplace of the Margherita pizza), the famous coffee and cake shop Caffe Gambrinus and Trattoria Pizzeria La Lazzara which I have a soft spot for. The view from breakfast is stunning as this hotel is inside the Galleria Umberto. We had to check in via the Galleria Umberto resort as it was after 3pm but this is also inside the same centre so not a drama. The entrance to this bnb you will find through some massive solid wood doors on the street. The signs are only little so keep your eyes peeled. The air con inside the room is really good which is a must in this heat and the rooms are quite large with really high ceilings and old fashioned decor. We woke late and thought breakfast finished at 1030 but when we arrived there at 0945 realised quickly it ended at 10am. That didnt bother the lovely lady working in the breakfast room and she served us and made us feel there was no time limit. Would definitely come back.

  Amazing experience in Napoli! Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

  We arrived late so we checked in the hotel just opposite our rooms where the guy explained is everything and we were happy to discover our gorgeous room which was exactly like the photos! The best part was in the morning, when the guy from the reception gave us so politely all the information we needed to discover beautiful Napoli. Barbara ( the girl who works for the breakfast) and the receptionist in the morning, were actually the reason for which we extended our trip to Napoli one more night! Congratulations to the staff! Breakfast is very good!! We will definitely come back!
