  Por favor no elijas ir ahí!

  No os hacéis una idea de la poca amabilidad y seriedad que hay en ese hotel, el dueño del hotel, pego a una mujer delante de mí porque se pensaba que no había pagado el taxi!! LITERAL se abalanzó sobre ella, tirándola en el suelo y dejándola indefensa, esto no puede quedar así! Ayudarme a difundirlo este hombre tiene que pagar! Seguidamente cuando le dijeron que ya estaba pagado y estaba equivocado, se dio la vuelta riéndose y se fue!! Indignante, nunca había sentido tanta impotencia!!

  Playa bonita resort normal

  Estuvimos este agosto con un niño. Pena que nos hizo muy mal tiempo. Si llueve nada puedes hacer puesto que estás aislado... La primera noche no nos dieron el alojamiento contratado por internet 2 meses atrás. Intentaron colarnoslo sin decir ni pío. Antes de entrar yame di cuenta. Se lo hice saber y no me hicieron ni caso. Llamaron más tarde a su jefe y éste por teléfono me dijo que era la reserva que a ellos les había mandado agoda y que les llamase a ellos. Me enfadé mucho, estaba bien claro y escrito lo que yo había reservado. Entonces este señor me dijo q hoy no había disponibilidad pero que mañana si me Cambiaban. Si no era un error porque accedían a cambiarme al día siguiente? Engaño puro y duro. El primer bungalow horrible, todo roto, aire acondicionado no funcionaba, todo sucio, tele rota....el segundo bastante bien. Pero vamos, demasiado aislado....si llueve....

  Tranquil spot with clean accomdation. Lacked ability for a lively atmosphere.

  The location, the beach, is stupendously beautiful to the point where I didn't care that boat taxis to the main section of the island (for any 7eleven or reasonable food price access) was expensive (150 THB each way during normal hours -- 8am-5pm). Transport and accessbility is definitely something you want to consider when booking this on a budget or backpacking. The 5pm curfew can be restrictive. For the price (38CAD/night), I was definitely expecting more glitzy accomodation. It was rather standard I think. But it was clean and quiet. Got a room with no AC though --- and personally, I prefer that for beach accomodation. There are options for a room with AC -- to me, that just costs an arm and a leg. ~~Staff~~ Older woman at the front desk was sassy and not fun. I did not like her at all. Sometimes, I think she was just borderline rude and unhelpful. Everyone else was AWESOME. Super friendly, fun and attentive! Don't know who perpetually spit in that ONE lady's tea.... ~~Atmosphere~~ First night there they made a wood bonfire in the sand: that was AWESOME. Didn't happen again for our 4 night stay. :( This resort seemed to be very family friendly (all of them along this beach did to be honest....but ours a bit more so because there were less young and single types). The other resorts had giant swings and fire shows, whereas our didn't.... ~~Food~~ All the restaurants along the beach are more or less the same -- food options and price-wise. Think ours had the best fresh pressed juice though!

  Make sure that this is what are you looking for.. We didn't like it

  Place is very isolated from rest of the island, dirty road and you will need 4x4 vehicle to go anywhere else from this resort... Rooms are very old, very small(sheets were stained and dirty upon our arrival...) and without any warm water for a shower... Restorant food is decent (nothing special), when we ordered a Pizza for a dinner we waited for 1hr (60 min), next day we order Breakfast, we waited for fried eggs 30 min and when we finally got the food it was cold...Resort does not provide any beach towels and if you use one for the beach they will charge you 500TBH for that... Only good thing about this resort is the beach..

  Just perfect

  Going to Bottle beach was spontanuous decision made in a bus from BKK to Koh Phangan. We wanted to find quiet place without full moon crowd. I was do worried about the dirt road to bottle beach, but my boyfriend was so brave haha that he said well at least try to go by rented scooter. That Wasnt easy and perfectly safe but possible, even with biiig backpacks. And that was a perfect thing- quiet, beautiful beach and jungle with monkeys, great sea, friendly people and so peacefull place...and we could take our scooter and visit all the rest of the island almost every day. It was just perfect. But if we were to use Just expesive 4x4 taxis or water taxis or sit there without moving I guess it would not be that great experience. We didnt have reservations so weve tried 2 different resorts, and 3 different types of bungalows. All of them were great in their own way. Not very high standard but clean. Food in every restaurant was good, and this massages by the sea...awww, I want to go back!
