  Nice room and good location

  Stayed here as part of a group. We were put in one of the suites. This was a nice and big. Balcony from the bedroom and lounge. But the the balcony from the bedroom opened onto an area not kept well and used to dry the hotels towels. Some of the group rooms were quite small and one even got locked in due to issues with the lock. Breakfast was okay. The biggest issue was that even though we were in twin share rooms the hotel would only provide one card. This was a pain as also used for electricity in room. When asking for another card was told not a chance by the receptionist. I have 3 more rooms booked and only 2 cards. This seems a pretty basic required for a hotel to have room cards. I would say this is more just rooms rather than hotel. Location is good, town centre only a few minutes walk.

  Confort with some drawbacks

  We stayed here as part of a tour by ETS. The room was quite spacious with seperate bedrooms with two queen beds, kitchen and living space. As the name implies it is not just a room but a whole suite. It is enough for a family of four to live for a short time. Few problems: Although every room has a TV none of them works. Not sure if it was general cable problem but I could not even watch a single channel. Towels are placed on beds since there is no place to hang them in the bathroom... Room service was quick and efficient. Breakfast or dinner is included depending on your package. So overall it's a nice place to stay if you overlook some minor inconveniences.

  New year

  We stayed in hotel 3 nights. Room was good but could. It took some time to heat up. In bathroom was cuold because heather didnt work. Breakfast was good.our room was on 1 floor. View was nothing special. Nearby you have lot of accommodations. Very near old town.

  Terrible place

  Breakfast is terrible, everyday the same food and only 2-3 choices. If you are going there with a friend they wont give you two room keys and the reception is not working ater midnight so you have to think about ways of oppening the door all the time. The rooms are cleaned in two or three days and you have to use the same towels for a longer time.

  Unpleasant experience

  We spent three nights at this hotel and will never go back again. While the staff at the front desk was nice the whole customer experience has been very negative. Breakfast had low quality food and ended too early for a hotel by the beach. Cleaning service was not the greatest. You can only get one key per room. When checking out be very careful, leaving your room one minute later than you are supposed to will end up in having to pay an extra night. There are many other places in the area with better value for money.
