  Very nice condo and the staff is amazing!

  My family stayed a week here and it was awesome. The room was so nice we hated to leave! The staff was great and so helpful. Shelley Darch went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our stay was pleasant! I would recommend staying here and ask for Shellie Darch, she is amazing, the best!!!

  worst beach trip ever

  We stayed here for a softball tournament as they were one of the host hotels. If you drive a SUV or truck you have to pray for a open space of about 20 available. So one night they gave us a pass to park at the resort next door. Ok. Not horrible.2 days later they call bright and early and say we have to move the truck. Can't park there and had no where for us to park! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! OFFERED TO MOVE US TO THEIR SISTER HOTEL! WE'RE WITH A TEAM! If they can't accomodate teams that have SUV's and Trucks they shouldn't sign up to be one of the event hosting hotels/resorts!! On our last night we once again came back to no parking! Asked for a refund of that night and was told sorry we could only have 25%!! For all the hassle and trouble we had that is flat out pathetic! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! 70.00 for 9 days of a headache!! We brought a entire softball team and their Families to this resort expecting a fun relaxing time and got a horrible stay instead! Parents being told by staff that they "needed to understand that having a parking space wasn't a requirement". However they advertise free parking but that is a flat out lie and make no effort to warn guests that they have limited space for Trucks and SUV's. The carpet was dirty and left your feet black, the kitchen was tiny with barely any pots/pans, bowls or silverware. And houskeeping left our door standing open after they cleaned it one day. We will never as a group or individually recommend or stay at this resort again!!

  Top Floor - Top Notch - Wil return!!

  My party of 6 stayed in Beach Colony East, room 19D. We arrived 10/5 and stayed until 10/12 Everything about this complex was great. Parking was on site, covered and not crowded. There were only 2 elevators, but we never waited "long". The pool is MASSIVE and there were plenty of chairs during our stay. The sand... oh my gosh... the sand on this beach is incredible. We've stayed all over, including Siesta Key, and this beach is as good as - if not better. Easy walk from the condo, too. The room was a tick worn, as it relates to needing some new furniture and some new paint/touching up, but the price was right and the balcony and view were incredible. There were a few issues we had during our stay, but the complex management was RIGHT on it. They responded quick to emails, and took care of us. The management company we rented from was Beach Rentals at Navarre. This is a quiet area, so if you're into night life options - you'll need to drive a bit. We ate out 4 nights, and cooked 3 nights. Had a 100% blast. Highly recommend Ye Olde Brothers Brewery (kid friendly) and Johnny Huston's Sports Bar (also kid friendly) and Stripes Grill and Pub (also kid friendly) :) We will be back to the Beach Colony!! :D

  Beach Penthouse 2B is BEAUTIFUL!

  This is a must-go-to spot for the most stunning view on the beach. This penthouse is flawless and beautiful! Gone Coastal Property Management some of the best rentals on the emerald coast and the owners make your experience seamless and magical!

  Stay in condo but avoid Luxury Coastal Vacations

  While I absolutely loved the condo we stayed in (Beach Colony Tower 9A), we will NEVER go through LCV again. We paid for a 7 night stay and 3 nights in we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Sally. LCV refused to give a refund or even a credit for the remaining 4 nights. No we did not take out the insurance, but after reading the policy, it would not have mattered because the evacuation was voluntary and not mandatory. Had we stayed we would have endangered out lives, had to stay in a condo with no power or water and had damage to our truck from the floods. We had inquired before evacuating if we could get a credit and one girl told us that she could ask the owners but when we called back to tell them that we were leaving the next woman was very unfriendly and told us it was against policy to issue a refund or credit. What kind of company has a policy like that?!? I refuse to ever do business with a company that puts money over the lives of their guests, especially when the Governor of their state is requesting that all non-residents leave! Not only will I never use LCV again, but I plan to let everyone I know about their business practice. We travel to the gulf 3 or 4 times a year and have never dealt with people like this!
