  Lovely resort. Bad experience because of staff

  I lost my room key, so I called reception. No response from them whatsoever,. No recommendation on what to do. No help. No staff. I waited 20 mins to call again. They said "please wait". I waited another 20 min, still no help, no staff, no recommendation. I called the 2nd time. They said "please wait" again. .... I waited another 20 mins to call them the 3rd time. By now it was almost 1 hour of waiting without any help or recommendation from staff. Finally, after about 55 minutes of waiting, a staff shows up and give me a spare key. This is the slowest response in service. Also no staff seems to care to fix the problem AT ALL. Lovely resort, but need HR training especially in service mind. Also, during Covid-19. Staff serving food should wear a mask at all times. I ordered in-room service, and I swear the male staff was coughing and sneezing right into my food. (he was holding a tray the whole time) He obviously has a flu. Obviously, even without Covid-19, even with just regular flu, he should not be serving guests at all.

  Cozy beach front hotel for Pet lover

  Great beach front hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Love this hotel especially the pet friendly hotel. One of the top choices for our family including my 4 legs daughter. Highly recommend for family with kids and pet owner. The beach is clean and water is very clear most of the time.

  Amazing Sunset & Beach

  The hotel is tropical and wooden style but you are surrounding of trees, friendly staff likes Khun Tum at the restaurant which we met for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also a great service-mind and always smile from The Hotel Manager, Khun Anna!! The highlight is amazing beach and sunset that you can fine very easy here.

  Charming Resort Right on the beach where the beach meets the jungle

  An old resort but in this case old = good. The hotel is charming, simple, quiet and serene. No frills, just peace and quiet and absolutely no stress in the environment. Did not want to leave. Big bungalows with big porches surrounded by jungle plants but steps from the beach. The beach is great, very private, no motor vehicles, water clean and swimmable with proper depth of water and no strong currents. A great seafood buffet at night and the food was otherwise excellent. A real hideaway!

  Excellent beach stay for tranquility and clear water.

  This hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to have a nice relaxing stay with crystal clear water in the sea to swim in without taking the ferry to Koh Chang, Koh Kut or Koh Mak in the Trat province. During the Covid pandemic I was able to get a good deal, so that was also a great plus. I got a big Tropical Suite and it was perfect. The bed was very comfy and the all the equipments in the room worked flawlessly. One minor complaint was that the room didn't have coffee cups, only glasses. Why like this when you have coffee making facility?? The breakfast buffet was delicious and during my two nights stay, the menu was never the same. The only thing for improvement was the attentiveness of some staff. As I was checking out, I called the front desk to pick up my bags. They said please wait ten minutes. After 20 mins still no one came to me. Please, next time. Remember what you promises to your guests. Don't keep them waiting!
