  Nice location. Poor service.

  The apartments really aren't any better than average. The service is pretty poor: - We got moved ½ way through the week. - They turn off the hot water overnight every night. Good luck with having a shower after midnight or washing your hands after using the toilet at 3am. - Housekeeping was terribly intrusive. Very noisy even outside the apartments. One morning they insisted on cleaning even though I was still naked in the shower. Unforgivable rudeness.

  Fantastic place

  Everything is just so quiet and no loudly noise there. This is not much for small kids. Mostly people over 40 years old. Very nice staff(would be better if they could speak more english) Very close to everything

  Nice but low tech.

  It's that nice, cosy and friendly place you want to return to, over and over. But, if you consider this hotel because it has free WiFi. Think again because it sux big time. This is 2017 and this must work much better. The feeling is definitely Spanish but most of the guest are German. That's OK of course. Just a heads up. We didn't understand that the apartments are big and nicely decorated. We have a 3 room appartment with plenty of room. We do recommend the hotel due to the atmosphere and quite neighbourhood.

  Good hotel

  Me and my man lived on club canario 1 w. There was lots of place. We had 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen and balcony. Everything are in good condotions and have very good standard. But wi-fi sucks, the pool-area its too smal, they havent breakfast. There are german old people who stays at the hotel. Very nice.

  Excelente

  A finales de diciembre estuvimos mi marido y yo en club canario, sólo puedo decir que fueron unas vacaciones fabulosas. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento, siendo muy atentos y nos recomendaron lugares que podíamos visitar de la isla, y fue perfecto. La limpieza un 10, las chicas muy amables. Volveremos sin duda el próximo año, ya hemos reservado nuestras vacaciones de nuevo en este complejo con encanto. Recomiendo.
