  Just Great

  Nearly all that you can expect from a high 5 star hotel. The hotel is spotless, it has a wonderful beach, the food is wonderful, the staff are at guests service 24/7. Big thanks to all, specialy to Mrs.Aksu

  Highly recommended!

  For the 2nd time in this hotel, large and very well-kept garden, enough spaces both at the pool and at the beach, cleanliness everywhere, large room (I stayed in the main building) and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Diversified food for all tastes. I recommend the a la carte restaurant Grill and the Fish restaurant, where I eat the best fish and seafood dishes. Thank you Chef from Fish Restaurant!

  Emergency Flight Cancellation Hotel

  I spent only a few hours in this hotel on Friday 2nd October due to My flight home being cancelled and it was the best day out of my 11 day holiday in Antalya. The room was newly renovated and refurbished. It was gorgeous The Food at the snack bars and the cocktails were delicious too. Very good quality ingredients. The water park and pools were also very good. It is a very large hotel with spacious grounds that are very clean. If I come back to Turkey this will be my hotel of choice.

  Eva spa & Wellness

  Superb spa on site , I used the facility for three massages whilst stopping there for a week on a tennis coaching holiday. Very professional , much needed after tennis coaching , staff were very helpful. All 12 in our group had a massage and everyone went back for more. My masseuse was very professional lady called Perisam ( hope I have spelt that correct ) highly recommend spa treatment.

  Thats so strange to announce a hotel 5* when its really a 3* hotel

  We stayed in this hotel in January 2021 and wanted to celebrate NY. Once we arrived our anticipation of cozy and cool holiday was ruined when we entered the room. It really doesnt cost that money we payed, and its absolutely not a 5* standard room. The shower is leaking, the containers for toiletries are broken. Come on is it really difficult and expensive to replace such things?! Its the fundamental thing in your business. And pillows? Mattress? I didnt sleep a minute. It was just a bag with cotton balls. I understand that your clients are sportsmen primordially, but even for free its awful to use such pillows. The restaurant. The first day we came I noticed some strange smell and stains on the tablecloth at the entrance to the restaurant. Two days later I decided to check whether the tablecloth was changed. But it wasnt! I dont want to write what brown stains they were, but believe me that was shocking. How come the staff doesnt smell and see such obvious things?! I understand that writing any feedback/review about the staff and service is in vain as there are too many more important things to change and improve. In comparison with it the staff was OK. Food. My, gosh youve got so fresh food but how the chiefs manage to spoil the original taste and texture?! My advice for guests - choose grilled meat, fish, vegetables and fresh salads. I dont drink alcohol so I cant say anything about the bar. But I saw and met some people who didnt like it. I give three stars just because of the season and amazing manager who saved our holiday. Thank you! Another good point the place itself - its beautiful. Most of staff was friendly and kind. So, thank you too. Mega Saray, youve got an amazing place for the hotel, sea, wonderful weather, good people, just be attentive and improve the service and many details in the hotel.
