  One of the worst experiences I every had with a hotel/resort To start with nobody knew even basic English. First when I came, they couldn't find my paid internet booking. Then they kept on insisting on a voucher when I showed my receipt and gave them the reference number. After all this, when I had booked a special room, they gave me a regular room. When asked they said that the hotel reserves the right to put you in an awful room, but they wouldn't pay me the difference. The next day, my friend and her daughter and I were supposed to move into a room together. Of course they charged me an extra exhorbitant amount and her too and she could then stay in that same family room till the end of the trip. I extended my trip for a couple of days for which they not only charged me extra but then they moved us back to a smaller room even when they had agreed that she could stay over till the end of her holiday. To add to this I discovered on my last day that somebody had stolen $500 from my wallet which was in a bag in our room. When we spoke to the manager he flatly refused to do anything. He said that I had used a credit card, so I would not have any cash!!! They wouldn't even check their cc tv cameras which they had promised to do before. Makes you suspicious of the management if they take robbery in their hotel so lightly. Some of the staff was friendly especially the animators but the manager is the worst and should be a prison guard instead of a hotel manager. He is rude, uncouth and has no clue about the hotel industry. If you don't know Russian, you are doomed. They do not know a single word of English. They don't care about complaints at all. They make sure that they are so inhospitable and rude that you don't want to talk to them

  Great place, great service, very nice staff

  Everything Was perfect, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful The rooms were big and clean, had ac and balcony All in all we had a perfect stay. The meals were delicious, the cafe Benjamin is also a great place to chill We had a 1 year old baby who enjoyed all the kids facilities

  Poor service

  We spent here almost 2 weeks with my wife and 2 kids. There were few problems: - the hotel doesn't have doctor. And nobody cares about it at all. It's not good at all when you have 1000 visitors at the same time and you can't even provide 1st aid. Nonsense. - room service is bad. Sometimes they don't even come to clean up your room. - wifi doesn't work at the room. - food really poor. In general this is my first vacation in all inclusive and next time i will choose hotel more attentive. Good Luck and be careful with your choice! Egor

  Security review to this hotel!!!

  I just stoped by at the hotel to pick up some friends. Security guy told me to park my car in different place. I did it right away. My friends overslept and I went to the guy to ask him to call for my friends. There were two people at the security check: short man and a girl. The guy start calling to someone and looked at me, I smiled to him and he start yelling at me. He said that I need to get out of here or he can call the police on me. I asked what did I do? He showed me: you smiled!!! That was crazy, I asked for manager and he pushed me and start swinging with a cuffs...wow what a morning I just had. I sat down in my car and left. I hope the managers of this place will check all cameras and see that I did not do anything to deserve this.

  Nice place for family holiday

  Pros: perfect ratio of price and quality. Nice food (AI), 3 pools. Very good atmosphere. Calm place for whole family holidays Cons: long transfer from Antalya, sea entrance is not very good, a lot of big stones
