  Always exceeds expectations. Great service!

  I love my stays at Cobblestone. I spend one or two nights most weeks at this fine hotel. It's always clean- the entire hotel. The staff are friendly and very professional. I appreciate the extra effort they all take to make my stay as good as possible. My personal and professional travels take me all over the country. I just love my time on a main street in Waverly. I am very grateful to be able to stay at Cobblestone,. THANKYOU! SBQ Iowa

  Good for one night

  I was here for work and this was a good stay for one night. Staff are friendly, but definitely short cuts are taken - several of the light bulbs were out in my room, the shower/tub doesn't drain. Room was clean, but missing toiletries, had to go them. Coffee downstairs, however, is good, parking well lit and across the street from a good diner since there is no restaurant in the hotel.

  The way it's supposed to be!

  On a recent road trip, I was unfortunately sidelined due to mechanical problems with my vehicle. Fortunately, the Cobblestone Inn in Waverly was recommended to me! This hotel is squeaky clean at every level - nothing is overlooked! Michael, the General Manager, went out of his way at accommodate me when I had an unknown schedule while waiting for my truck to be repaired. I would HIGHLY recommend the Cobblestone Inn in Waverly, IA.

  Road trip during COVID - NO FACE MASK

  We stayed at this hotel for two days. The property was conveniently located and our room was good. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. But one issue stood out as few people wore face masks. Hotel staffs were not wearing face masks and no face mask rules were enforced. We would have given a 4 or 5 star rating, but are giving a 2 star rating due to this issue.

  Waverly's Best Kept Secret

  This little gem of a hotel sits right in the middle of Waverly. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although COVID protocols were in place during my visit. They do have a bar there, which was open but the breakfast and dining area had limited service. The room I stayed in was clean and very comfortable, despite Lowe's being well below zero during my stay! Housekeeping service is also limited at this time. During a month of February 2021, some of the hotel was under renovation, including the fitness center. There is a great restaurant right across the street from the hotel, as well as a couple of bars within walking distance. More common chains and shopping centers are about 2 mi south of the hotel. If you are staying in this area, I would highly recommend checking this hotel out.
