  Nice Hotel with good food

  I stayed on a wet Thursday night in February traveling on business and the hotel was very quiet as you can imagine for the time of year. The reception staff were very friendly when I entered the hotel, I had a steak for dinner which was excellent value and top marks to the waitress. Although the hotel is off the Main Street (5min walk) it is still close enough to the town to drop into one of the pubs, which I did. Lynchs pub where the proprietor was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, all in all the hotel was very good and suited my purpose and good value for money. I look forward to staying again.

  One night stop over

  The hotel is warm and friendly, however breakfast very disappointing. Eggs cooked in microwave, bacon not cooked well enough and over all juice out of a bottle. Nothing fresh. Limited fresh fruit. Brown Bread out of freezer. Not a lot of effort put into the making of this breakfast.

  Friendly

  Spent one night while on a cycling trip with my uncle. Staff were very chatty and friendly, hotel was very clean and food was fine. We received a packed lunch the morning we were leaving for our trip ahead which was a lovely touch. Would recommend.

  Excellent hotel

  I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. It was great value, I had a large comfortable room, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was excellent. I was particularly impressed at the attention to detail with regard to the handling of the entire area around the foyer and the dining room relating to covid-19 hygiene issues. I felt comfortable about using those spaces, which is not always the case nowadays. I was very impressed overall, and I will certainly stay there again when I'm in that area

  Excellent Food and Service

  This is a great hotel for a family occasion. The staff are so nice, couldnt do enough for you. Lovely menus. Excellent adherence to Covid protocol and very clean. Nice location just outside the town. Thank you everyone.
