Brothel not hotel. The Palm Dubai Hotel is the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. Thanks to MMT so they could maximise their profits by compromising with customer satisfaction. First, out of 3 receptionists none of them was attentive to customers. None of the was polite and hospitality oriented. Many guests complained about their rudeness. They rudely tell you that there is no drinking water provided by hotel. No toothpaste and brush is provided either. No electric cattle. Wifi password expired after every 24 hours and which was not the problem but the problem was that whenever called reception for password they sounded as if theyre doing some favour on us. The list doesnt end here. We know that in Dubai almost every hotel has a bar and night clubs but this one had 3-4 night clubs right in front of main entrance and to its right and left. So after every sunset multiple indian, bangladeshi girls would stand in their high make up and drunk people would start coming to hotels. I never felt safe to go downstairs after sunset with my wife. Moreover, on second last day of our stay, our relatives who lives in Abu dhabi came with her colleague and son to stay there for 2 nights as she wanted to spend last day with us. The bar girls standing and a brothel like atmosphere was so embarrassing in front of relative. The rude staff and they charged them for 300 dirham for one night for 2 people which was way too expensive because 4 stars hotels are not charging that even after delivering what they should. Lastly, I will never consider MMT again if I do, will be my last option.

Perhaps absolute worst hotel we have visited and seen!Stayed in Dubai a lot longer than anticipated and end up changing hotels several times and going where sale is. We tried to stay withing 4 stars and may be 3 stars on some cases. But this hotel is rated 3 stars. Let me be clear, we stayed in other 3 stars and even 2, and I have never seen anything more disturbing than that hotel. Why 9d this hotel 3 stars? How did they manage that? 1. From receptionist was super not friendly and total unprofessional. 2. The hotel smelled awful 3. Offer no parking and no front personal to guide or help you at least unload your car etc 4. The will refuse to five more than one key, the one you put to make room light up. 5. The lobby is so filled with many people, where everyone looking at you in a weird way as you are from a different planet. Where there many clubs and /or bazzar cheezy bars or not sure what as you are in a very trashy street corner. All that and not entered the room yet 6. The rooms are dark and carpet is brown since you can tell how dirty it is. The room smelled awful, between some kind of strange combination of spices and literly poop smell. 7. Room of course didn't have water kettle or any Cafe or tea. 8. Every hotel in Dubai charges 10 or max 15 Dirham for tourist fee, exceot this one It charges 20 Again, my question is: how do they get 3 stars ratings? Who gives them that? For example we stayed at ibis styles who is categorized as 3 stars... Are you kidding me? If ibis was 3 stars, then Dubai palm should be -3 stars
