  El servicio es estupendo y el entorno bueno, pero... necesita reformas en el género textil y en el mobiliario. Evita los fines de semana si quieres paz y tranquilidad. Este hotel de verdad necesita amor y cuidados. Es un hotel estupendo, pero las habitaciones huelen raro y hay muchas migas y polvo. El personal es bueno y el servicio también, pero el desayuno es malo. Ten cuidado con los grupos de fin de semana como los 50 niños futbolistas y sus padres o la reunión familiar de los Smith. ¡La distribución en atrio del Embassy Suites hacen que estos grupos se hagan con todo el hotel! Te garantizo que no se puede dormir en el sofá cama, no sólo porque el colchón es duro como el cartón, sino porque el ruido del atrio es horrible.

  Funcional y con excelente atención

  Todo funciona como uno espera. No hay grandes lujos, pero todo está en perfecto funcionamiento. La limpieza y mantenimiento general del hotel son muy buenas. El personal: EXCELENTE! La mejor atención y predisposición! El Open Bar, un extra en el momento justo del día...

  New Year Bust

  Let me start off by saying that Ive stayed at a few embassy suites before and loved them, which is why we chose this one to stay at over other hotels. Wife, infant, and I were flying out early from RUD 1/1 so we decided to get a room overnight so we wouldnt have to drive from Charlotte so early and my mother in law could stay over and sleep in after driving us to the airport early in the morning. Check in process was extremely slow but I get it, it was New Years Eve and there was more people than usual coming in. We get up to the room and one of the first things I noticed was that one of the pillows had a few red stains on them that looked like blood. So we tossed that to the side. Then I messaged the hotel through the Hilton App if we could get extra towels and shampoos. I sent that message at 5:49PM and you can see when I screen shot the message at 1:51AM the next morning they hadnt responded (though I think they eventually did around 7AM but by then my wife and I were at the airport already) and MIL was back taking a nap. When we were getting leaving the room, I happed to look up at the air vent and it is caked with dust. It was a little unnerving to see so much in a cleaned room. The final nail for us was the breakfast. One of the other main reasons we selected Embassy was due to the fact they brought back their complimentary hot breakfast (though on a more limited menu). We were told by two different employees that breakfast would be at 6am (right in time for us to grab it real quick before we had to leave for the airport). Sure enough, we came down at 6 and nothing was ready. We asked the front desk staff and she said cause it was New Years Day it would start at 7am instead and that she only found that out when she walked into work. It was a big let down for us for sure. In the age of covid, I am appalled at the stained pillow and dirty air vent given how they make a big deal of putting that cleaned/inspected seal on the door when you check in. And the miscommunication errors (or lack of communication really) were very disappointing and not up to par from what I expect from Embassy. It was a discouraging end to what was otherwise a great holiday for my family. I currently cannot recommend this location due to these events, which is a shame cause the hotel lobby is beautiful and the location is great. I hope that someone from management sees this and is able to help correct what went wrong for us.

  Hotel did as well as possible during COVID

  We went down for a weekend. We found the hotel well set up to follow COVID protocols. The staff seemed quite knowledgeable and the room was clean. I liked the fact that the door had a sticky seal on it after it was cleaned. Very spacious room with sitting area. We paid $20 for the gym in room upgrade. Definitely worth the splurge. The breakfast selection was limited and the food prepared in advance. Again, I felt it was a good safety measure. I would not choose the eggs and bacon because that had been stored for a while. But oatmeal, coffee, fruit and banana were fine. Already rebooked.

  Wonderful Valentines surprise amidst a 3dy weekend in the city of Cary

  The Embassy Suites Cary in North Carolina was an outstanding hotel for a quick retreat for a Valentines surprise on travel during a 3dy weekend that went above and beyond to make a memorable stay for the occasion. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was engaging and efficient as it was clearly a sold out weekend with lots of local travelers getting away during the pandemic. The Hilton Clean stay protocols and signage was present everywhere a incredibly reassuring as was the requirements for masked that reinforced a sense of safety without being dogmatic. Everyone was in a great mood and the hotel went out of its way to greet everyone at checkin like they were all their Valentines so friendly and smiling. Our room was an upgraded suite with the air purifier that reassured, as I am plagued by the smell of smoke, chemical fragrances or some cleaning products in some hotel brands (and so are several of my family members) so I was ecstatic by the placement of that feature in the wellness premier suite room...thereby smoke or carbon allergies were at bay for the entire stay! Kudos, as no matter how much hotels try to enforce the non smoking policies its obvious there are offenders, and Embassy Cary goes THAT extra mile to ensure ALL their guests are compliant and happy. Wonderful Valentines Day surprise and entire staff from the wonderful checkin representative to the management team Robert and the awesome MsMeredith senior nite audit manager (who informed us about the room type and placement) really set the bar of excellence too!! We will be back and we will tell friends!! Best Hilton Embassy Suites brand full service in the area absolutely gorgeous interiors post their recent renovations and the rooms were just beautiful!
