  precioso hotel y muy centrico

  Mi marido y yo nos alojamos en este hotel 5 noches en junio 2008,esta en una calle muy centrica,llena de vida y tiendas y solo a 10 minutos del monkey forest.El personal es excelente,muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que les pidimos,el precio de la habitacion incluia el desayuno,que estaba riquisimo y por las tardes cuando llegabamos de las excursiones,tratamientos spa....sin duda es una buena eleccion en cuanto a calidad precio.

  Lujo en Ubud a buen precio

  El Fibrra Inn tiene todo lo que puedes imiaginar en unas vacaciones; el mejor de todos los que estuvimos en Ubud. Calle céntrica, restaurante normal pero abierto hasta después de la madrugada y buen servicio. Espectaculares piscinas, jacuzzis, salas de masajes y peluquería. La habitación superior (650.000 rupias) era espectacular, con jacuzzi en la habitación, cama king size y todo limpísimo. Las mejor instalaciones de todo Ubud. Espectacular.

  Just plain awful

  Ok so i usually take reviews with a pinch of salt as everyone has different expectations and I like to think I can find charm in any hotel.... So Fibra Inn and bungalows... We paid £75 for 3 nights for 2 adults, we wern't expecting the Ritz but we were expecting clean. You can't find the hotel from the main road as there is no sign, only by going in to a restaurant and asking we found the hotel. The check in was super quick but we wernt given any information whatsoever, times of breakfast, check out, Wi-Fi code litrally nothing, but the guy did try and sell us lots of trips. When we got taken to our room its down a long dark path with lots of steps no good if you can't walk so well, the 1st thing that hit us about our room was the smell, dank musky mouldy smell, it was awful and made me wretch. The bathroom was dark with no windows and again was so dank and smelly, the toilet stunk of urine it was over powering and the toilet seat didn't even fit right it was to small. There was flies EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere, we had infestation of cockroaches too (It's a tropical country so i kind if get this but still) Nothing in the room/s was dry as there was just no ventilation at all even the loo roll was always damp. The front door was broken and there was no safe so everything we had of value had to either come with us or be locked in a case with 2 locks and locked to the bed leg, with the door being broken, it never shut without locking it and again was too small for the door frame so it let in mozzies, so we had to plug it up with tape and towels. The first night I went and bought some bleach stuff for the loo and insect killer and instance sticks to make it a bit better. Honestly you couldn't see the floor for the dead flies by the time I'd finished, the bath was covered in them so when I tried to clean the bath out the water wouldn't go away when I checked it was because of the build up of hair in the plug hole, which I got out but litrally made me wretch (I don't mind pulling out my hair at home but not other people's it was vile) The location of the hotel was amazing that is the only thing that was going for the hotel, we never went for breakfast we chose to eat out. Even on our last day in the hotel when we were waiting for the bus to pick us up for the boat to lembongan the reception tried to sell us taxis and boat tickets didn't even ask how our stay was... We where in room 10, please do not take this review with a pinch of salt like I have done in the past, i normally find good in everything but I genuinely can't write anything good about this place.

  DO NOT STAY HERE

  DO NOT STAY HERE this is the worst hotel we stayed during our 4 months Asia trip. The room smells and everything is wet and dirty. Even aircon could not try the room. Everything is old and partly broken. One night we a frog in the room after the room was cleaned. Again no staff available to help us so we did our best to get him out with no harm. The bathroom is old and also smelly, wet and dirty and has a sticky floor. We had a cock roach, snail and ants every where. Fridge has mold, chairs in the balcony are broken, pool cannot be recommended to be used. Sheets were dirty. And after we got new ones, the where even more dirty. We are not sure if the were moldy as well. So we used our towels as blankets. Staff is almost never available. We could not shower on the first evening. So we went to reception. No one there. We asked in the restaurant. They said they will call someone. No one come. We called the manager. No one came. We wrote the manager a sms. No one came. In the restaurant no one speaks proper englisch. "breakfast" is a choice between three meals. All of them we did not understand due to bad English of the staff. So I ordered some thin "no egg" and got an omelette. We could not stand staying any longer and left earlier. We sent the manager another sms to inform him and asked for a refund. He simply did not answer. BAD STAFF, BAD ROOM, BAD MEALS, BAD MANAGER. It makes us sad that balinese people treated us like this.

  You can do better for cheaper.

  Nice people, nice room and awesome bathroom, or so we thought. Steps everywhere, so you trip over everything at first. Plenty of stubbed toes. Bath is exposed so no shower curtain to catch the water, which just sits on the tiles, making them slippery in turn. Cleaning not really up to standard either. Pool out of commission. Breakfast poor - 30 mins average wait for a banana pancake - the only other option being a rather lonely looking egg. You can get more for less at other places in Ubud.
