  Not comfortable stay

  Very old and uncomfortable room. When we came, we saw from outside directly not good feeling. Building and paint are totally dark. More surprise when arrive in our room ( superior ), it' s like old room from hospital. Furnitures are so old, bathroom is big but not nice. This hotel needs big renovation....really !

  Not that bad

  We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night at the end of August the car park was next to the hotel in what looked like the parking for the offices next door so I would say parking in the week would be a problem The room was clean lack of light in the room was strange we was on the 4th floor the temperature that day was 27 and all we had was a very small desk top fan you would open the window but the noise from a festival near by was very loud The bed was comfy needs a revamp and I feel paper cups to drink you coffee out of was very poor and strange I would use this hotel again if I was doing something in the area you get what you pay for

  Nice hotel. Good value

  As reviews by other guests have been mixed, I came with an open mind. Spent just one night here recently on the way to the Harwich ferry. My experience was very good. I found the hotel and my room to be clean, comfortable and well maintained, not at all noisy, as another guest had found. Helpful and friendly staff.The restaurant at rhe hotel serves a limited menu, offering a good meal at a very reasinable price. I look forward to returning here.

  Good value

  Fletcher is very central situated in Westland De Lier. Parking is good and Hotel is easy to find, very visable from the main street. I could like some more signs, how to get into the Hotel. The room I had was directly out to the road, a bit noisy but closing window solved the issue. Nice and cosy restaurant and a good breakfast buffet. In general a good experience with good value.

  DO NOT GO THERE

  The hotel advertises seemingly a private parking area, but it's not, it's a public one. They advertise a free, covered parking for bikes but only a quarter of this area is covered, the rest of the bikes can stay out in the rain all night. The hotel room was at the end of its rope: torn glass curtains, tarnished peeling window frames, cracked sanitary appliances. But we didn't let all of this bother us too much. Unfortunately the absolute low is the personnel at restaurant and bar, at the beginning somewhat unprofessional (too young) but as the evening went on downright rude. The one twinkling light in this hotel is the maintenance personnel and reception, sad. We have been in the past to many Fletcher hotels, this one is simply damaging to the Fletcher reputation. Our only conclusion & advise = do not go there.
