    Amazing hotel,nice ambience outstanding service staff, i am very happy to book my trip with marriott again thanks for chefs every single morning for great breakfast and other meals as well and special thanks for outstanding lady SONALY PANDAY,she really knows the meaning of hospitality...and just becouse of her my experience did meet the standard,she is terrific...many thanks for team Marriott..

    We had a booking for Standard Twin Bed Room Half Board (Breakfast & Lunch or Dinner included) booking through MMT under Family Stay Vacation Package with Free upgrade to higher category room at Indore Mariott Hotel, Check-in March 4 Check-out March 5 The Reception staff deceitfully tricked us to believe that they are offering us a better upgraded room. He said that hotel has blocked a Club Room with bath tub King Bed, and we innocently fell in his trap. When we checked in the room 2609 it was a very normal small size room with bath tub( which we never used). Now we understood that we have been cheated. We just let it go. Now more trouble started. The toilet sliding door lock was broken and we couldnt close the bathroom door. There was only 1 bath towel placed. Then we called the Reception to get the bathroom door fixed or change the room, but they just said Yes, but no response. The W.C. flush and health faucet didnt have enough pressure. We had buffet lunch at All Day restaurant, and it was tasteless. Variety also was not comparable to any 5 star Hotel. (Shockingly the next morning breakfast was quite good). Evening time we specifically ordered on phone Piping Hot Cappuccino but they brought almost cold Cappuccino, and when we complaint and asked to change they took more than 40 minutes to get back the cappuccino. In our package there was 10% discount on Food & Beverages, but they brought bill without any discount. Again had to complain, and then it was edited. While going out in the evening I went to the reception and asked to get the bathroom clean and replace with fresh towels, and repair the bathroom door, just said Yes, but to our shock when we came late at night it was the same. There were mosquitoes in the room, which we came to know at mid-night. Next afternoon we checked out and checked in at Radisson Blu Indore and were relieved, and its truly a 5 star. To all the readers of this review, even if you have points in your Mariott card, dont waste it on Indore Mariott, use it some other place. This is not at all a 5 star, its a 3 star hotel with just renovated Lobby. ( Came to know later that it was Fortune Hotel, bought by Mariott) . It was a horrible experience and I would strongly recommend not wasting your money on booking this hotel. Cant understand why such a prestigious Mariott brand is spoiling its name with such kind of Hotel and service. Dr. P.D. Paldiwal

    Excellent Stay

    Don't know where to begin with Indore Marriott. This has probably been my third visit and I must say I've loved every bit of it. From wonderful spacious, clean rooms to fabulous staff, Indore Marriott is definitely doing something right. On my recent trip here, I dragged myself out of bed to check out the sumptuous Breakfast Buffet, and what a good decision that turned out to be. The buffet spread was fulfilling to the eyes as well as the tummy. Not only was the food delicious but also fresh. But the cherry on the cake has to be the friendly wait staff. I was taken care of by Govind Raman. Govind has a very engaging nature. He loves conversation with customers and adds his own personal touch to it. I guess in the hospitality industry it is much needed coz that's what keeps people coming back. Very pleasing personality and more so prompt to attend. He suggested I try the protein shake which was absolutely delicious. Was a great finish to my over extended breakfast meal. Santosh also attended to me. Hope I got his name right. He was wonderful too. Kudos to Indore Marriott for handpicking such customer oriented employees. Definitely looking forward to my next visit to Indore. Keep up the great service

    Excellent Trip

    Pankaj, Jeevan and Dhiraj was amazing at Indore Kitchen I am really thankful to Indore Marriott for great hospitality and care.. We came for Lunch and it was just up to the mark and expectations. Food was amazing and service which delivered by Pankaj, Jeevan and Dhiraj was really highly appreciated before asking they delivered the food on the table one by one.. And the mocktail which made by Dhiraj was really awesome.. Thank you guy's for ur hospitality.. We will come back soon.. And will expect the same service from you guyzzz.. Thanks to Dhiraj, Pankaj and Jeevan.
