  Do not go near this place!

  Hotel is very poorly managed, dirty &understaffed. Bar was nice but food was very slow to be served & each of my party got their food at different times. Most were finished their food by the time the person beside them were served. No member of staff was friendly & the manager was particularly rude..Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!Will not be back!

  Nice Experience

  Stayed in this hotel over the weekend, really nice Hotel, very warm room, comly bed, nice shower, staff really nice, pleasant and helpful. The food was good too. All in all a nice experience. Bus 405 across from hotel into town. only complaint no breakfast was included in price..

  poor service, shocking scrambled eggs from the microwave and stewed jnstant coffee. advise do not have breakfast.

  Accom in the self catering apts is basic and old fashioned with the most stingy towels. And the condiment sachets at breakfast were out of date sjnce Feb. Do not advise this place at any price. It is an insult to the paying public

  Worst hotel ever

  Hotel is shabby and understaffed. Breakfast was nice once you got it as there was one person seating guests, taking food order, cooking the food and serving it! Room was falling apart. Toilet barely flushed and tv had 2 channels, remote control didn't work. Reported these to reception but nothing done about it. The bar had one pump (Guinness) and no draught beer. Room was not serviced properly they emptied the bin and that's all. No heating in rooms and wifi intermittent. Although it appeared to be a good price it wasn't because it is such poor accommodation. Won't be back and won't be recommending it.

  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

  Stayed in this hotel one night in September 2016.. the guy in the reception was seriously hot and there was loads of parking... only two good points.... the room was cold.... the mirror on the closet door was broken with the broken off part on a shelf in the closet....(free) wifi was intermittend.... a double plug one side of the bed was only being held in by one screw...... i asked for an iron & ironing board.... I got just the iron, had to put a towel on the floor and iron on that..... shower was tiny, water temperature had a mind of its own.... NOT A PLACE TO STAY unless the ginger guy is on reception.... :-)
