  Good apartments and very close to Beach Park

  I recommend this place if you intend to stay in the Beach Park or if you want to enjoy some exciting (kite) surfing days in Aquiraz. In comparison to the Beach Park hotels, this is quite a good option: It is close to the water park and the beach (5-10 minutes walking) and you have well equipped apartments in a secure place (the whole area is protected by cameras and a security man at night. Further, Aquiraz is much more quiet than Fortaleza).  In the apartments you have air-conditioning in all rooms. I really liked the service, the local administration is taking care that you feel at home. I appreciated the "starter kit" with drinks and food at a fair price, so you don't have to leave on the day you arrive to get something to eat and drink. Two supermarkets and a restaurant are close to this place and you get a pizza delivery that we used several times.  During our trip we stayed in a bigger penthouse apartment and then in a smaller 4-person apartment. I have to criticise the tidiness of the penthouse. The accessory in the kitchen was quite dirty and we had to clean everything before the first use as well as the wardrobe. Also the bedsheets were not clean when we arrived and we changed them. Further, a toilet flush didn't work as well as a TV. In contrast, the second apartment was just perfect and the way we expected it to be. The area that belongs to Palm Beach was very clean, including a nice pool. Further, you have a sauna, a fitness room, a place for snooker and table-tennis and a yard to play soccer.  During the week the whole place is very quiet. On the weekends the movement increases considerably and people play music during the day but that's ok. But we had one really bad night because in another place outside, just in front of Palm Beach,  there were people making party with extremely loud music the WHOLE night. At 5 o'clock in the morning the police showed up but just 10 minutes after they had left, the music was as loud as before and just stopped at 8 in the morning (!!). This is not Palm Beach's fault but this is certainly not the first time because the other place is usually used for bigger parties with space for about 20 people or more. Due to the missing tidiness of the penthouse and the one annoying night without sleep I don't give Palm Beach 5 stars but in consideration of the positive aspects I recommend the place with strong 4 points.

  Excelente!!

  Excelente todo! Muy buena atención de Luzia y Marco Muy atentos anfitriones El condominio de 10 puntos Piscina,gym, sauna, patrulleros,etc Super seguro y Porto das dunas es muy tranquilo, preciosa playa y el parque beach park muy recomendable, el alojamiento queda a 2 cuadras!

  Excelente condominio

  Nos encantó este complejo de departamentos! Tiene pileta; gym,sauna, sala de juegos, cancha de fútbol, Beach volley y cama elástica. Queda a 1 cuadra del Beach Park y la playa. También tiene parking. Sin duda volveríamos!
