  Great staff and a sauna in your room!

  Great location! Fantastic staff. The rooms were unacceptably warm! The Casino staff next door insisted on making a massive amount of noise by using the steel service staircase at 03h00 in the morning. Make sure you book a room on the other side of the hotel if you value your sleep. I may have left there sleep deprived courtesy of the Casino staff but the lasting memory will be their competent and very friendly staff

  Beautiful traditional

  Traditional decor throughout this beautiful hotel, 5 minute walk from the cable car. Lots of bars and nearby restaurants. Superior double room was a great size with a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a balcony overlooking the slopes.

  Austrian Charm!

  What a wonderful Inn! From the moment we checked in with the manager, Christine, and her young dog keeping company at the front desk, we were treated with first class service! A charming room, modern bath, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. A great location to walk to the Hannenkamm Bahn gondola and ski rental shop for skiing at Kitzbühel. They had excellent recommendations for dinners out too at nearby locations. A delightful ambience where we were treated like treasured family! A definite "must-stay" and we look forward to returning someday.

  Typical Austrian Charm

  Charming hotel in the centre of Kitzbühel. Hotel garni so B&B only but the breakfast buffet was generous and good quality. Eggs are cooked to order if required. The hotel bar is open in the evenings. Its a lovely hotel, it fulfils the brief, close to amenities, restaurants and the Hannenkahn ski lift. The rooms are clean, well equipped and well serviced. Parking is limited and rather expensive.

  Beautiful hotel, incredible staff

  The hotel is in the perfect location, with the chirstmas market right outside the door. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and an excellent size, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were beyond heloful and friendly and went out of their way to help whenever they could. Christina was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She is a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The hotel bar is not huge and does not stock a huge variety of products but is still very comfortable. We would hope to get back again.
