  So charming and real and welcoming

  We came to the Grand Canyon B&B after Las Vegas and it was just such a beautiful change, the total opposite to a huge and commercial hotel. And of course the surroundings are amazing and so real which feels really good after Vegas. We had booked two rooms that has a bathroom between them and it worked perfect for our family of two adults and a teenager. The rooms are so well planned out, you have everything you need. The design and colors and fabrics are all so nice and you really do feel that the hosts have thought about every little detail. Del, the owner, is a great guy who really makes you feel welcomed and well taken care of. He was very informative and attentive and even cooked a vegan breakfast for our daughter, that btw was the best breakfast she ever had. The B&B is a great spot to be for seeing the sights and also it's a short ride to the town of Williams with lots of little restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Grand Canyon B&B!

  Comfortable room, nice extra touches and good location

  We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed it. The owners recommended a part of the Grand Canyon to visit which is not widely known but which was fantastic and less busy than other parts. We only had breakfast 1 of the days but it was very tasty. The owners chatted to us and were very friendly. Breakfast is at a set time (8:30am with coffee from 8:15am) which is not ideal if you have limited time and want to get to the Grand Canyon early. Ideally there would be more flexibility on the breakfast time but it worked out OK with our plans. Similarly the check in times are quite narrow (I think 4-6pm) but we arrived later than that and they were flexible about us checking in late since we'd notified them a day ahead. The room had some lovely extra touches including free chocolate and a free drink. It was well decorated too. There was ample parking. It is also just a short drive to Williams where we spent a fun afternoon drinking craft beer and doing the zip line. Overall we would recommend this place for Grand Canyon accommodation.

  Charming B&B with professional class

  First off let me start by saying that Del and Sheri are professionals when it comes to bed and breakfast management. They have been in the business for decades and have managed B&Bs all over the west. This is a well-oiled machine. Second, this is overall a fantastic place to stay when you are whether you are looking to explore the Grand Canyon or any of the other outdoor activities northern Arizona has to offer. The rooms are well apportioned and comfortable. Our room had a fireplace which made the cold nights more enjoyable. Not to forget, there is one hell of a quality shower to rinse off after a dusty day in the canyon. Breakfast was fantastic both days. Very healthy and filling. if you are travelling early, please tell Del and Sheri so that they can make sure your breakfast is ready on time. We like to get up early and they made sure our coffee was ready. The location is away from the "loop" but a short walk and even quicker drive to the restaurants and brewery i.e., don't worry about it you will have a car anyway. Del has plenty of recommendations if you need them. Plenty of parking, wi-fi, and everything else you may need. Unless you don't like a personal touch, I am not sure why you would stay anywhere else in Williams...unless it is booked with happy clients.

  An absolute

  This is a small B&B with hosts who know what they are doing and provide a really comfortable environment. I was warmly welcomed. The room was spacious and charming. The shower...incredible!! Nice linen high quality amenities and towels and a fabulous breakfast. Lots of good honest advice regarding what to do and where to eat and drink and hosts who are genuinely interested in their guests. Reasonably limited check in hours - but Im sure you could make arrangements if you politely asked. Thanks so much Dell and Sherri.

  Disappointment

  We arrived with great anticipation for a surprise birthday trip for my wife after reading the reviews. upon arrival the B&B was charming in décor, but the location was not ideal and the parking is limited to small vehicles. There is no AC and the room only has a fan for air circulation so sleeping in a warm room was a challenge. No local TV or cable channels. No hospitality! The hosts stayed in their room with the screen door open and kept their interactions VERY limited. No breakfast was offered, not even a continental breakfast! Being that this is a Bed and Breakfast, we expected something! Shared bathroom. No smoking area, you have to go out to the street. We were very disappointed and do not recommend.
