  Very Decent Hotel in Batam

  My first time in Batam leaving only with good memories. It was a very spontaneous trip with a friend and we picked the right hotel. Located just steps away from Nagoya Mall (they even build a special walkway just for hotel guest to the mall area). Excellent service from the staff, not the kind I expect to see from a 4* hotel. The hotel said to undergo a renovation two years back, so yes expect everything to look almost brand new. Although being an OCD like me there were parts of the room that looks old and rusty. Nevertheless, no issues for non-OCD. We book the deluxe that comes with larger space and separate shower and tub. The room is surprisingly well decorated which you'll find in some 5* hotels. Bed is comfy, linens can be better. Overall a very nice stay I must say. Be sure to check out their pool which is also very nice. The hotel is around 20minutes from Batam Center Ferry Terminal.

  THE BEST BATAM HOTEL!!!

  When for holiday with my friends on 1st feb - 3rd feb and first time staying at this hotel! From the day we arrived at the hotel, the door men, concierge, reception were awesome! They greet us with a warm smile! I booked for a deluxe smoking room #616, the view is awesome, facing the city and swimming pool! I really love it! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant staff team was well trained! My 2 days at batam with my friends was the best trip ever! Nice location and near to shopping mall. I will surely be back again to stay at your property and will only want to stay in the room #616! To the management of the hotel, please say a big thank you to all the staff working on the day i stayed! Kudos everyone!!

  Good location

  Went for count down on 31 dec'19, hotel location was good. Walking distance to shopping mall , massage parlor and eateries. Room consider clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast was ok, seats are quite limited.

  Beautiful hotel

  Hotel is very clean and nice. The swimming pool is lovely breakfast is also very delicious Receptionists are very kind and helpful too! Would recommend the hotel for familys thank you for making it a memorable trip for my family.

  A Grande Jem at Nagoya Hill!

  We chose this hotel for its proximity to Nagoya Hill Mall. We took a connecting room and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast spread was nothing to shout at, was expecting more in varieties and also the quality. Special mention to Ms Jesika for her heartwarming service. We had murtabak & pisang keju for supper by "grab food". Without her help, the delivery would not be possible.
