  The title says it all. You could not get more average. There are several things I feel were sub par but mainly just overall not cared for by the staff. Not overly hospitable or friendly and overall the place was somewhat dirty.

  Clean, extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast

  Spent an enjoyable 4 nights at the Inn while visiting relatives in New Castle. I must pass kudos to Minnie at desk, who had a hand written welcome note waiting for us on our desk upon check in. I have never had a personalized welcome note written to-us by an hotel employee in my 70 years. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast gal was not only friendly, but went out of her way to help us, and even help with cleanup of soiled plates,cups, etc for all patrons. Rooms were very clean. The only issue I have is that the normal rooms have bathroom Tubs/Showers which are too small. Tub measures less then 24 inches inside width. Too small for large people.

  Poor manners

  The manager on duty was ultimately so rude we left early. We had stayed multiple days with no problem until our final night. Desk clerk spoke to me like I was white trash after I was nothing but polite.

  Nice place

  Stayed here for two nights on business/family. Very clean and nice. Had a suite on floor 3 and super huge space. It was only 10 bucks more for it. No breakfast currently due to.....you guessed it, Covid. Did have coffee though, didnt try any. Sheetz is next door and I walked over. Nice lobby where I did work while family slept. They have a indoor pool and hot tub. Definitely stay here again.

  Can not get a straight answere

  I called to find out info on the rooms, I talked to a operator. The guy I spoke with could not give me a answer to my ? My ? was how many kids can you have to visit, he said you need to have two beds, I said no its just my wife and I, I said again how many guests, finally he said 5, I still think he means if I get two beds. I can not stay at a place where you cant get accurate info, not to mention I went online to chat with someone and they were just as bad. If you stay with these people it is just a matter of time until they make a mistake with billing or something else, not worth the problem.
