  Lovely Stay again

  We visit Blackpool regularly and we found this little gem of a bed and breakfast a while ago and we are now regular visitors. Rooms are spotless, shower rooms lovely, beds comfortable and enough storage available. The family are lovely, will do anything for you and enjoy a chat with you on arrival and at breakfast, it is husband, wife and their son with no other help, they do everything and nothing is to much trouble. Thank you, we will see you again soon.

  Family weekend away

  This is our third stay at The Highfield each stay being really nice however this time was not so great Saturday breakfast 3 of us waited for our full english breakfast to arrive and after my daughter & grandaughter received theirs 20minutes later i had to ask gentleman where our cooked breakfasts where?! He replied saying he thought i had requested only 1 i said no i had told him 3 as they come full english breakfasts and 1 without beans(which was my daughters) and small plate of beans for grandaughter we ended up waiting a further 20 minutes for breakfast by which time everyone had left and other member of family has left table when we did have breakfast some items were missing no mushrooms or hash browns so only bacon sausage egg beans In the afternoon we returned to our rooms to shower and change to go out for the evening i turned the shower on and let run for a good 5-10 minutes and still ended up with a freezing cold shower I feel that we sometimes have to put the not so good comments to allow the owners to act upon the negatives Such a shame really as we certianly enjoy staying at this hotel as always welcoming and well priced rooms Sorry!!

  Great stay!!

  Weve just got settled home after a family weekend visit to Blackpool. We loved staying at the Highfield Hotel! The room we stayed in was newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable, with plenty of tea and coffe it was perfect for our family. The staff were really friendly and helpful making sure we were comfortable. We loved our breakfast and the coffee was beautiful. Even better the location of the hotel, its enough out of the way for peace and quiet but a tram stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight to the centre it takes about 5 minuets and you are straight outside Blackpool tower. In all we loved our stay here and would happily stay again on our next vist!

  We stayed in room 16 from 29 August till 31st August and we had a fab time. The owners were the most loveliest people and were so helpful with always a smile. The breakfast was incredible. Thank you so much for our lovely time.

  Excellent

  Booked this to stay for the illuminations. It was close to tram stop and very clean. The staff were friendly and the room was lovely. Breakfast was very good and just what we needed to start the day. Luckily found a car park space out front as its on street only. Will stay again for sure
