  Shocked pet fee

  ive stayed in this hotel once before when I took my family on a cross-country trip but this time it was just a solo trip with the dog the rooms are very nice and spacious and reasonably priced. I stayed in many other hotels charge a pet fee usually from $10-$30 per night but this place blew me away they charge $75 which is almost equivalent to the cost of my room guess this is one place I wont be staying again in my future travels. and since the dog is paying almost 4 fair and not sleeping on any beds other than the floor he deserves to have a nice shower hope the hotel likes hair

  Good Service Without Even Arriving

  We never even arrived at this location yet the night clerk Shelby provided exemplary service. We were going to be a very late check-in (Midnight) and she called us when we were about 30 minutes away to inform us of an emergency facility problem that would prevent us from staying. She offered nearby Hilton alternatives and made the calls herself on our behalf and 25 minutes later called us back to let us know what she had arranged. We drove directly to the nearby Hampton Inn. With some minor room adjustments and coordination with Kelly at Hampton Inn, we stayed at the alternative with Shelbys property assisting with the rates. What could have been a frustrating night, turned out to our satisfaction with just a brief delay to get squared away. Thank you, Shelby and Kelly

  Surprisingly bad.

  Because we had recently stayed in a wonderful Home2 in Jackson, MS, I had no concerns about booking another. What a way to learn that all Home2s are not alike. Our Knoxville room had a broken lamp, broken coffee cup, broken window shade. I should have asked for another room but after a long drive and disinfecting all surfaces in the room, I was too tired to make another move. The room seemed okay at first and I was willing to clean up the crumbs on the desk and an unsanitized remote control. I should have known better. If you get Room 202, ask for a change!

  Bad for a Hilton

  One of the shower doors would not move. Found that it was off track. I fixed it. Two of the kitchen chairs were dirty/stained? Sofa stained with who knows what. Stains on wall. Refrigerator looked like it was wiped off with a dirty rag. Potato peel on floor in front of fridge. Heard dogs barking in hallway two different times. Interstate noise loud. Had to sleep with earplugs. Not the worst hotel I've been in, but it was the worst Hilton.

  Okay

  We stayed here for a few days last week. We stay at many Hilton hotels, mostly Home2 or Homewood Suites. This was a convenient location for us to stay at but was definitely not the cleanest. They also seem to favor low wattage lighting everywhere inside the building as the hallways are very dark and so are the rooms. Most Home2s have a lot brighter lighting which I definitely found lacking here. Also not as many kitchen utensils as most other Home2s either. For a 2 queen size room to only have 2 forks and no microwave bowls for instance was a little inconvenient. I did like that they have a nice area where you can walk your dog. Big parking lot and convenient to some great restaurants like Carrabas and Outback Steakhouse.
