  Great location, clean hotel with friendly staff

  The property is in a good location for all amenities of Karon and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We stayed 15 nights over the festive period with a family of four including a 2 year old and had no complaints as we knew what we were coming to Pleasant staff with the rooms cleaned daily to a high standard and overall good value for what you pay. No pool and WIFI intermittent outwith that I would recommend as safe and secure rooms .

  Great hotel

  Great hotel and clean. Breakfast very tasty,Rooms are kept very clean and staff are very polite and will go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. Hotel quiet at night and we have stayed at the Centara for 5 years and felt this hotel has the same high standards except this hotel is more of a family feel about it. Would recommend and stay at this hotel again. Brilliant hotel.

  Excellent hotel

  Have just returned from Phuket and this is our second stay at this hotel. Everything thing went smoothly and our room was excellent,clean and fresh every day. We would recommend this hotel to families and couples.The staff were very kind and ran the hotel very professionally,breakfast was perfect,have already pre-booked for next year.Dw

  Little gem

  I recently stayed in this lovely Hotel whilst having dental work done in Karon. Previously I have stayed at Centara (next door, very expensive), but was pleasantly surprised. Small, family run establishment, immaculately clean, in a central location surrounded by dozens of great little restaurants. There is no pool but only 5-10 minutes walk to beach. Would not hesitate to stay again.

  Great hotel

  We have been at this hotel many times. Lovely staff . This year we stayed at the hotel for 21 days. The room is clean ,and very good beds. You get beachtowels every day. Good breakfast . If you need any help, the staff will help you. When we are going back to Karon , we are going to stay at this hotel again.
