  Very convenient

  I am here for 1 month, this hotel is very convenient. they had laundry and drying machine. the machine you can neat your cloth and breakfast. the most important thing is cheap.

  Cheap and Cheerful; Good Location

  Ended up staying here on recommendation from the Tohoku Hospital Staff. The room is clean but tiny. Good for a single traveller. Good location, walking distance to the city centre. I would stay again if I was here again.

  A good but dull hotel

  This is a good hotel, not an average one as the rating would suggest. But despite the almost excellent levels of service, the hotel is let down by the rooms. Pros: Very quiet location, the area is almost deserted at night. But, it's only a 5 mins walk to Jozenji-Dori street. Fast AND stable wifi. Aircon works very well. In fact, everything in the room works well. It's clean too. It's also a very short walk to Tohoku University Hospital. Cons: Our twin room had a tiny bathroom. I've never been in a smaller bathroom. It's appears to be a tiny cabin, added as an afterthought. Almost impossible to get in and out without knocking against something. Our room was not just dull, but also rather worn. Stained sofa, saggy beds and peeling wallpaper. Small TV, with no English channels. Breakfast was available but selection of foods wasn't great. Mostly cold local dishes. A quiet location maybe an advantage for some but I'd prefer the locations around Sendai Station. A much more vibrant area or perhaps choose areas closer to Kokobun-Cho and Jozenji-Dori. Still, our overall experience in the hotel was very good. Day and night, we had excellent front desk staff who provided us with extra pillows, phone chargers, laundry iron, etc. The staff in the breakfast cafe were also excellent.
