    Fantastic food, Nice place

Location is great. Food is great, rooms comfortable, clean and tidy may in need of update. The staff are always helpful and good fun. I been here twice and had the same good experience. The overall value of this hotel is well worth a trip. Its good for children and adults. Give it a try and have some fun.

    well hard to say

we went as a big group (6 adults 3 small children) had to wait from 10 to 2 for check in no food was provided for us until 6! as lunch finished at 2 and dinner was not until 6 ( got some drinks after asking staff) There was no place to leave our bags so with two buggies and lots of bags we had to stay in lobby. the food and rooms was was ok as the price for our stay was low (450 euro for 7 nights) baby cot was provided for 2.50 euro a day. I would rate this hotel 2 stars or one plus, and that is the standard I would expect going there, very close to the beach great beach 2 sunbeds and parasol was 24lewa about 12 euro per day, The problem started when one of us become unwell, at 10pm we needed a doctor (my mom was in strong pain) there was a sign in reception that there is a doctor, well there was not! we got told we have to go to bourgas (as we did not have car we would have to pay for taxi) or they will call for a doctor he came ( i think he was a bit drunk, his english was poor as all the staff in hotel) he did help us but for one injection and his visit we paid 150euro and he refused to give us the bill or anything so we can not claim it back !!!. All and all if you have to go cheap you can risk it but I would not with small kids

    Comunism reloaded

We have booked 5 nights in this "wonderful" 3-4 stars hotel. Since from the begining when we did the check in I had the impression that I have returned 15 years ago. The receptionist required to leave the passports there until the next day in order to input the data in PC.. After 5 minutes of debating about this subject (I didn't want to leave the passports there for nothing) she turned on the PC and inputted the data in their own program in 5 minutes and returned the passports. The hotel has 2 floors. The acces to a lot of rooms is made through an exterior corridor. It's very weird and looks like old communist blocks. The room was half clean. Partially renovated. They didn't cleaned the dirty after renovation. We found a lot of dust in the wardrobe. The carpet seemed to be new.. No stains, no dirty. But the bathroom was dirty. Broken sandstone, a lot of spots from the recent renovation.. The shower room (the glass panel) was very dirty and was looking disgusting.. The fridge from the room is rusty. The towels and the bed clothes were worn. Very worn!! But clean. And they were changing it daily. The pool of the hotel seemed to be clean. The view from the pool is nice, very close is a big apartments complex (or a unopened hotel).. Unfortunately you should believe that this is the hotel, but NO!!! This is a trick. The view from our room was to hotel entrance, we had sun in the morning until 12 PM. None of the hotel rooms has sea view! None! The parking is available for free but you should be very careful and very lucky to find a good parking place. The "restaurant": - very cheap cutlery! - the food was terrible!! 3-4 types mixed permanently. Very cheap coffee, very very cheap non-alcoholic drinks( the apple and cherry where better). I drank only beer so I cannot say anything about local whiskey and other 40* alcohol. I had a real problem every day with the food.. I preferred to eat from any of the available restaurants from the place. It was looking very disgusting, and here I tasted the worst chicken meat. The only good thing from here were the fruits, I have eat cherry daily. Also it was really strange that everybody was staying to a line to wait to get to the wished type of food. I have felted that we are going back in the communism time when you should wait for your stuff.. I saw a lot of dirty and chipped plates and cups. The personal of the restaurant friendly. The major part of the hotel rooms were occupied by Russians, Moldavians, Ucrainees. They have animation team for kids and they have entertaining program every evening. The sea is close, 3 minutes by waking. In the free area is impossible to stay.. Very noisy people. In the payed area, you can get sunbed and umbrella with 8 levs (eq 4) each of them. Very clean water and very clean beach in general.. Taking into consideration the price that I payed could be accepted. But is the dirtiest hotel ever seen! Never come back!

    Sunny beach great hotel disgusting

Rooms got carpets badly stained, toilet smelt, phone in room not working, food very poor with flys and wasps crawling over meat, whatever food that was at buffet was served with next meal, same food every day, hotel staff very ignorant towards English at bar beer served in small plastic beackers only drinks was beer & vodka, good pool but not safe for small children as slabs round edge of pool loose, litter bins round pool overflowing, all sun-beds broken, location good but overhaul hotel from hell,if English it's not for you.

    Better than I thought

The room was average, we have everything what we need: hairdryer, mini refrigerator, a silent balcony,a little TV,air conditioner ( but it worked very weakly). Every day was cleaning. The restaurant was good, the choice from the meals was plenteous. The breakfast was always amazing. The dishes sometimes were a little dirty and the cookies are always sold out in one minute. The staff was a little listless, they care about just who speak their language(mainly at the reception). The pool was pleasant, it wasn't cold at all. However the area around the pool was a disaster, becasuse the families occupied completely everything, the sunbeds and also the tables and chairs they used to sunbathing, we can't sit and drink something and if we saw an empty chair they didn't give it to us. Of course it's not the hotel's fault, but they have to solve it, because it's very unpleasant. The sea was quite close, but the sun beds and umbrellas are extremely expensive.
