  Ewwwwww...

  Terrible.... We stayed here due to convenience. Our stay was for a week in December 2013. Our room was filthy. I had housekeeping come in twice in an attempt to have the room cleaned to an acceptable standard. Luckily, there is a grocery next door where. I was able to purchase my own cleaning supplies. I cleaned the room myself. The housecleaning staff complained to me for using the washcloth to remove my makeup. After our discussion regarding the fact that I wash my face and would be happy to use a darker washcloth if it were provided, they stopped putting washcloths in our room. EVERY evening when we returned to this terrible room I had to beg for a washcloth. Every inch of the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, the carpeting is disgusting, there is a KTV on one of the floors which draws some unsavory characters. The only reason we stayed here was out of necessity for our business. Regardless of convenience all future stays will be at the Shereton. Do not stay here.....

  Great hotel in Jinan

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very nice with a queen size bed, bedstands, a couch, small desk/workstation, TV, electric hot water kettle with free tea and bottled water and fruit, a closet, a toilet in its own room, and a shower and sink in the bathroom. The TV had 50 channels, only channel 50 was in English and tended to be just news shows. There was a breakfast buffet that was quite large. Most of the food was eastern as would be expected, but they did have some western choices such as eggs, toast, pastries, sausage and bacon, beans, juice and cereal, and fruit. The hotel is walking distance from Harmony mall which has a lot of stores including a grocery store. I would be happy to recommend this hotel again.

  Basic business hotel

  Selected this hotel for convenience from where my meetings are, stayed for 1 night. The room.has lots for facilities but the hotel is very basic Gym is working upon request! ! Breakfast has lot's of varieties but for Chinese not for other people (almost no bread , no cheese,...etc) Took lunch on the 4th floor set menu was ok. Recommended just for 2 nights max.

  Clean and Decent

  Hotel room is clean and decent. Bathroom amenities, 2 bathrobes, 2 packets of tea and bottled water are all provided. Bathroom doesn't have anywhere to hang clothes when showering though, so all clothes left on the sink... Room also lacks a mini fridge and a safe so cannot leave things locked in hotel room when going out.

  Excellent service

  The Inzone Garland Hotel in Jinan was a moderate priced hotel with good conference facilities. However the hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. The room was showing signs of a lot of wear and the effects of smokers.
