  Fantastic location and staff

  Stayed here for 6 nights in May with a very large party of pilgrims from the UK. This hotel is very close to the Basilica and La Grotte. All the staff are exceedingly helpful and go out of their way to accommodate various diets and odd times for meals e.g. Getting breakfast at 0600 hours. Will stay here again.

  Clean, friendly staff, and close to the sanctuary

  We stayed here for one night on the recommendation of a friend of a friend and found it to be quite adequate. There's nothing fancy here, but it's clean with comfortable beds and close to the sanctuary (only a block away). The staff is very friendly and helpful-- they want to make sure you are getting the most from your time in Lourdes. A nice continental-style breakfast with meat, cheese, bread, cereal, croissants, and coffee or tea. Plus, there's a parking garage 1/2 block away so it made driving in and out of town quite convenient.

  Clean rooms for decent price

  The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and the bathrooms new. Hotel is near the grotto and restaurants, it was also beside a small grocery store, very convenient. Staff are very warm and accommodating. We stayed here 3 nights. Air conditioning was very good in July. Prices are affordable and wifi is free. Reception / elevator looks a bit dated, but the rooms/ bathrooms are not. I would stay here again next time.

  Another Great Pilgrimage

  Nothing is too much trouble for Isobelle and her great team, who have worked together for many years. This is our 5th year here and we will be back in 2020. Good good, great service, great location, all diets catered for and everyone is so friendly - Thankyou once again and see you next June!

  Excellent location! Highly recommended!

  Very well located, minutes away on foot from the sanctuary, very clean and spacious room with a big comfortable bathroom with excellent lighting, and balcony with amazing views . All the staff is very friendly and helpful, but one cant not mention Isabel in the reception, always very friendly, and extremely helpful and kind! Thank you Isabel! You made our stay a truly memorable one. I will definitely be returning to the Hotel Irlande!
