  Super hotel

  If you are looking for a hotel that is close to everything, have clean rooms, give excellent service, with kind staff and have good prices, then Istanbul family apartments is to recommend! It's not far away from Sultanahmet and the Grand bazaar, you can walk few minutes to reach there.

  A hole

  I stayed in IFA last week and omg I was in shock. The pictures shown while booking is totally different than what is the actual scene. Expectations and Reality was in extremes. Dirty and smelly apartments. Bathrooms leaking. I had to stay as I had already paid for the apartment. And it was quite pricy as well. The owner Dindar doesnt really care much. The receptionist does not speak english at all. Had to climb 4 floors with all the suitcases. Noisy neighbourhood. The only thing I liked was the location.

  we booked this place for one night. its near many places. reservation was very friendly. that room was very clean. we arrived early morning, they give me wifi password and coffee. this place near to metro station.

  AVOID

  Mould everywhere, exposed electrics (including bathroom), broken bed, manager tried to squeeze 5 adults into one apartment (despite booking two). The apartment was a health hazard and no alternative accommodation available. We ended up having to leave and find some where else.

  DO NOT STAY

  We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments, which were confirmed by them 2 days before we traveled. When we turned up at 10.15pm we were told they didnt have 2 apartments that night. They showed us 1 with 5 beds in. Nothing like the pictures on the web site. Mould on bathroom ceiling, which looked like it would come down at any point. Broken bed as per picture. The room looked nothing like on the web site. We were so disappointed we went out to find a hotel and refused to stay. If you think of booking I would advise against it, but if you like to live in a slum maybe you will like it. AVOID
