SUPER BADNo towel, No basic bathroom amenities, No help from front office. For breakfast, you can choose between fried rice and scrambled egg and toast ONLY. if you lose card, they will charge you. I honestly want to suggest u that DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL if you don't want to waste your money

Worse Hotel in history!Decided to book this particular hotel as a last minute stay over at JB for the Long weekends however little did we know it's by far the worse hotel you can ever lay your eyes on. First off the deal we got was cheap so why not, reached the hotel lobby there was no aircon and the entire counter was supported by fans plus the poor staffs were all sweating as if the management don't give a care in the world how they're running the show. Secondly, the lift. Oh boy was the lift scary as hell as the hotel storeys were in the 20's and above furthermore the way the lift door opens you'll have to wait 5-15 seconds for it to fully open (that includes when it's closing the doors too). Surprisingly you still need to pay RM$50 deposit for god knows what, they'll give you a so called aircon remote control over the counter as well for the room. When we reached our 18th floor level, the hallway was the only place that there was a working aircon. Reached our room and Guess what the room key they gave was spoilt and we had to go all the way back down via the slow opening lift door to get it changed. The room itself was so run down as if we were back in the past, a box tv, carpeted flooring which had an odd smell emitting from it, dirty toilet, quite a dusty room and lastly...... An aircon which only has the fan with no cooling air working. Imagine the disappointment we had for that place as we had to shift the freaking bed under the so called aircon just to get fanned. LOL. So people who's looking into this post if you're really bent on going to JB and this is the last hotel you'll ever see in any of those booking sites, just don't bother. Not forgetting there were bugs and cockroaches spotted outside and in the rooms too.

Unsavoury and DiscouragingWe called to book in advance a day earlier. I had an undated room voucher. We saw the location as quite central and busy. We regret that the hotel management did not accept their own voucher. This voucher was won by me during a music band charity from tickets which I bought in Kuala Lumpur months ago. While I felt cheated by the hotel, I didn't regret as the hotel must have seen some history, looks aged and massage dens and quite a slum place.

Worst hotel everWe book a room via booking.com and paid already but when we arrived, we were told it wasn't updated in the system. Fortunately, there was room available so we were able to get a room. However, to our dismay, the door was spoilt. It took almost 2-3 hours for the door to be fixed. We'd to went up and down multiple times to speed up the process. Besides that, the parking stinks. There's no lift from parking lots to lobby. Couldn't drop at the main entrance because the road was blocked.

Need serious makeover or renovationThis is the most disgusting hotel I've stayed! Such a waste since the location is perfect. Minutes away from shopping malls, custom and immigration and the night market. Have a stunning view of the causeway and Singapore especially in the evening. Back to the hotel. We arrived late after a long day. Staying just for a night. When we reached the lobby, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile but at the same time I noticed something is not right. The lobby were unorganised, looks old and smelly. But we'll, I have a very low expectations on this hotel with the room rate that I paid. Never mind, I just want a good rest. Check in process is pretty fast, about less than 5 minutes since everything is prepaid. This time again I felt something is not quite ordinary when the receptionist hand me the air-con remote control. Went to the lift which is next to the reception counter. The area is just like an old shopping mall lift, nothing like hotels lift landing. However the came pretty fast. Once enter the lift, I was so so suprise to see how dirty it was. The real nightmare began when we reach our floor which is on the 14th floor. The carpet along the corridor is supposed to be red in color but it's turn black because of too dirty and no maintainance. It's really disgusting these kind of conditions in the hotel vicinity! It's super super dirty and I don't even know the appropriate words to describe. Walk all the way to my room and I saw 1 major safety issue that the management failed to see. The window and the end on the corridor is widely open! Just imagine if children playing and climb on the window, the resulting be catastrophic! This is truly a super massive issue!!! Enter the room, the size is big with 1 king size and 1 single bed BUT, the condition is even worse than those super cheap B&B!!! Just take a look at the photo attached. It is super disgusting!!!! 1. The trash bin the washroom filled with water and rubbish!!! The floor is dirty with stain everywhere!!! 2. The stain in the bedroom is out of this world, I can't even describe how dirty it is. Let the photo speak for itself. I don't even dare to take off my shoe. 3. The sofa is suitable to be thrown away. 4. The mattress is as hard as brick!! Same goes to the pillow. I don't 100% blame the staff for this condition but rather the management fault. They failed to manage the property properly. I am very sure if Malaysia Hotel association, building safety inspector and ministry of health making a suprise inspection, this building will fail in all areas. My suggestion is, if the management felt that they unable to maintain this hotel, I think it is better to rent/lease or even sell the property to any proper hotel chain.
