  Got what it said on the label, cheap and cheerful.idealy situated just off the main drag. The management were very helpful concerning 'what's going on'. Bar prices OK and breakfast as expected. My car was securely locked up too which was a plus. Will be back.

  Safe for a Coeliac

  With Blackpool being such a big resort I was surprised to find only 2 hotels listed on the Coeliac UK venue guide. The Jollies Hotel was one of them and the price was reasonable so I booked a single for 4 nights. Having safe gluten free food is a must and with Lyn, one of the owners, being a fellow Coeliac I knew I could count on her. I had the full cooked breakfast each morning which was excellent and filling. I'm not particularly worried about décor but I would have to say Jollies is dated & rather tired looking. My room, which had a lovely double bed, was small but as I was out of my room most of the day and evening it did not need to be large and is par for the course from many of my trips around the UK. The Centre of Blackpool (Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre) and the Seafront (Blackpool Tower) are only a short walk away so it is ideally placed. My room was at the front of the hotel and I had no problems with traffic noise during my stay. I will definitely return if visiting Blackpool again.

  Bill and lynn are the best hosts always warm and friendly with a lovely cup of tea to hand They couldnt do enough for us Very comfortable and great situation for all the attractions on your doorstep not needing a car to walk into the town or to the promenade which are minutes away

  We've just got back from Blackpool, me and my fiance have been going Blackpool for the past 15 years, always stayed at the jollies hotel, a good breakfast and a good night's sleep, Bill and lynne are fantastic hosts, they'll do anything to help, they even went out of their way to get milk for our baby. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. 5 star service from us. Chris and Angela

  We've just got back from Blackpool, staying at the jollies hotel, what a brilliant week we've had, fantastic hotel, Lynne and Bill are brilliant hosts, they go out of their way to help you in every way possible. superb place to stay with a good night's sleep and a fantastic breakfast, we've been going to the jollies hotel for the past 16 years. Thank you to Lynne and Bill for another super holiday.
