  Lovely Labour Day long weekend

  We stayed 3 nights at the Julie-Anna for the Labour Day long weekend in March. The reception staff were very friendly and gave some great dining and entertainment tips. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and looked out on the nice gardens and pool area. Both times we went in the pool we surprisingly had it to ourselves. The water was super clean but a bit on the chilly side, so adding some heating would be great! The motel is in a fantastic location just across from Lake Weeroona and it was really quiet. The quiet location and comfy bed combined for a great night's sleep. We'd definitely return on our next trip to Bendigo.

  Good location and clean rooms

  Located in convenient part of town, room was spacious and clean. All staff that we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion is there were no cutlery or plates in our room. Thanks for a good stay.

  in the heart of the city

  great rooms in the heart of the city. We loved that we were right across the road from the lake. The room was clean with a king sized bed, overlooking a beautiful courtyard. I think the rooms are sound proofed as we barely heard any noises even though the hotel was full on the nights we stayed. There is a basic room service breakfast, but just across the road is Boardwalk cafe and most restaurants and cafes were a 4-6 minute drive away. For location, value, cleanliness and service I'd highly recommend the Julie-Ann hotel!

  Love everything about the Motel

  The location and layout of the Motel were excellent. Directly across from a lovely park and the rooms facing the internal pool made them extremely quiet for a light sleeper. Could not fault the Julie-Anna, large room with comfortable queen and single bed and huge modern bathroom and loved the fact they had security screen doors on all the rooms to allow for fresh air. Lovely little pool area and garden and management/staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with advice on the area and places to eat and highly recommend. Stayed for 2 nights and highly recommend. Only disappointment about our stay was the poor service offered at the lakeside cafe opposite - extremely rude manager who argued it was too difficult to provide eggs "easy over"- completely inflexible insisting they either had to be cooked one side only or "hard". In the end we left without eating and wished we had listened to advice from the motel on where to go.

  Perfect nights sleep

  Stayed two nights for a wedding and bed so comfy, pillows plenty of and good thickness ,room very quiet, surrounds lovelyLawn and pool area ,only minor issues dealt with politely at reception .Room was clean, ample towels and safe car parking. Nice location to lake and easy access to areas of interest .Definitely visit again if in Bendigo.
