  Excellent service from the most friendly staff.

  I am nearly at the end of my stay here in this lovely hotel. I have been treat like part of the family. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is amazing. Pool is amazing. Service is outstanding anything you ask for you get, if they havent got it in they will go out and get it for you. Very quiet if you just want to relax but 5-10 minutes walk if you want to be a bit more lively. 5 minutes walk to the harbour with a beach club costing 20 Turkish lira for bed, umbrella and showers.also you can have food and drinks delivered to your bed. I would say to anyone give this hotel a chance. I cant wait to return. Thanks to everyone at Karyatit for looking after me especially the boss. Oh and by the way the cats are okay.

  DO NOT book the standard room

  Ok so the photos online are really deceptive. A wide angled camera lens has been used. The pool is tiny. The rooms are tiny. Got there and were taken to a room with 2 single beds wedged into a room so tiny, i can only describe it as a prison cell. There was a dirty tiny tiny bathroom. There was no room for suitcases or for 2 people to walk past each other. There were 2 tiny windows that might as well have not been there as they overlooked the hotel courtyard so it was pitch black in the room with no natural sunlight. My daughter took one look and nearly burst into tears saying i cant stay here, so i went downstairs and asked for a bigger room. The woman just kept saying standard, standard. Then a guy called Barish showed me a family room with a double bed and 2 singles. He said that was the only other room available. They charged me an extra £180, which i could ill afford. They claimed it had a balcony but it was literally a tiny wooden platform with 2 plastic chairs and a table. Couldnt even sit there as it overlooked a courtyard where all the staff came for their cigarette breaks. And for that reason also we couldnt open our curtains as everyone looked straight into our room as they sat there. No one cleans your room unless you hand your key to reception as you go out. Overall a dark and dingy hotel The only positive thing i can say about this hotel is that it was the perfect location.

  Dont be fooled by the pictures on the internet. The rooms of this hotel are disgusting. I was allocated room 103 when I was moved from another hotel because they had double booked. The pool area etc is nice but the rooms should be condemned. There was no hot water to get washed this was blamed on s city problem. Before we checked out we hear the manager argue with a guest. He was arrogant. Poor lady was on her own. This should not be the way a guest is treated.

  Terrible hotel

  I was in a tour and we got stuck at this hotel as ours was over booked. Rooms are disgusting. My room was 103 - Moldy, ceiling in bathroom falling apart and water dripping from the room above. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Rooms not stocked. Dirty rooms with just a sheet on the bed. Do not stay here.

  An absolute cesspitt

  This is by far the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at an absolute dump of a place and very abrupt staff give this place a real body swerve disgusting place also no hot water in the morning was never on till after 9
