  One of my favorite hotel in Alanya

  I have been many times in this hotel and always feel so welcome when I go there. Stuff is helpfull and kind and cleaning is good quality. Location is perfect. Middle of everything and beach is so near.

  avoid!!! go somewhere else

  Avoid at all cost, rude staff, unclean and cockroaches. you also need to pay to use air condition.Swimming pool is not good sun lounge broken, old food and smelly Save your money and stay at a different hotel where you will enjoy better service and food.

  Its rated as a three star hotel but I personally wont give it one There is ac in the rooms but if you want to make use of it, it cost more than the rooms itself The food is below average and the staff apart from the receptionists are all unproffesionals expect to get offered some dodgy dealings They do have a tv in the room however it only plays one channel and it's set by them not to mention it's a very small vintage box television There is no gym at all Rooms are hardly ever cleaned unless your a big spender dont expect to get well looked after Good side street balcony views beautiful mountains in the landscape

  Undvik detta hotell!!!

  Detta hotellet var otroligt dåligt! Jättedålig service och obrydd personal som inte vill hjälpa till med något alls. Handdukarna byttes inte, varmvatten fanns inte, vattnet var brunt/gult !! This hotel was incredibly bad! Very poor service with staff who do not want to help with anything at all. The towels were not changed, hot water was not available, the water was brown / yellow !!

  Great location

  This is a standard hotel, our apartment was spotless and cleaned everyday. House keeper was lovely and made lovely decorations in our apartment everyday, she was really friendly and polite. We chose not to use the AC despite it being 31degrees in the evening. Had a great room, huge balcony which was in the sun from 10am until sunset 7pm approx. Staff were extremely friendly, cant thank Mr Fix It ( personal joke ), Errol and the owner enough for their hospitality. Food at KSS was great, the Meatballs in a tile is to die for. Great location, beach a 5 - 10 min walk, sand is coarse and the pebbles were sharp, we so we used the pool in our hotel. Pool was clean and lilos were provided if you wanted. Lots of shops literally on the door step. Walked to the castle, 28TL round trip, this is a must. Thoroughly enjoyed the views of Alanya and we watched the sunset and Alanya coming alive in the night lights. We did the Taurus jeep safari, this was fantastic, met really nice people and the water fight was just carnage and the laughter was amazing. Tip wear swimwear. Everybody ( approx 30 people all in ) had a great experience with the fellow jeeps. 380TL for 2 adults, was picked up at 9am and dropped off at 4pm. Lunch was free and it was good. The canyon was beautiful but the water is freezing. This is a highly recommended trip. Cant wait to go back...... and we would stay here again.
