  Lovely personel

  stayed 3days in ramadan.coz of ramadan price was discounted and fair.rooms was clean and cozy but a little old furnited .pool was medium size .personel was really friendly.no animation.but one night we had specifice program with a great songer and dj.foods was fair with this price.drinks was only turkish drink and bire.no vodka and any cocktail.totally i really satisfied with my staying.no more motivation but silence.

  Lovely budget holiday.

  Came here with my best friend for our first little holiday together; being young we were on a budget but we loved it. There food is basic but does alternate and can be tasty ; during our stay there were foods like rice, meatballs, burger patties, chicken bits, chicken nuggets also. And a large salad selection. Pool was great; a fantastic size to have space to swim and we really enjoyed the water slide haha. We loved the option of the Shisha bar during our evenings in. Room was lovely; was a problem originally due to room being nice ready and we were moved hotels but once we returned and spoke about the awful experience previous they apologised and offered us a free spa treatment (fully body massage). Which was fantastic; I felt lovely and relaxed after! All the staff members were kind; the night staff especially! Neset the security guard is lovely and so kind! I often spent my nights down there talking to him whilst it was too hot for me to sleep. They didnt entertainment most nighters which the children seemed to enjoy. The roaming cats on the property are lovely and kind! So kind we adopting a kitten of our own from the hotel . Big thanks to making our first holiday amazing ! We hope to be back in January for our kitty !

  Poor

  Just returned from here tday...its say 3star more like a 2. Flies on cereals n buffet..do not cater english breakfast all meals are turkish food..poolsidemats and sunbeds are filthy.leaking toilet in room.aircon is poor..did have fresh linen and towels and bottle water daily dtinks are 1 lager wine or vodka thats it..no icecream no chips..could do with updating major!!

  You cant find worst place

  I still cant believe such a horrible place exist. It must be closed down immediately. Staff unprofessional, rude and cant speak English. Food repetitive and with flies on it. Chefs do not wear gloves when serving. Theres no such thing as cleanliness. The housekeeper pours the detergent from a water bottle. Bathroom extremely dirty with human hair upon arrival. Please do not go there! All negative reviews are real!!!

  You have been warned!

  Avoid this place like you would any disease ridden location! The marketing photos are very clever but are completely unrealistic of this hotel. Where possible I will post real images. On arrival we were greeted by the rudest receptionist and his attitude through the week only deteriorated. I was shocked and offended at the photo on reception of the aforementioned receptionist, where someone has drawn a moustache on the photo showing him to look like Hitler, this may well be there joke but I was totally appalled at the poor taste in humour. Given how many men, women and children lost their lives because of that tyrant! On arrival in the room we were disgusted at the condition, the floor appears to have sustained a leak and is lifting. The skirting is coming away from the walls and is accumulating filth. The bathroom has not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Mould and lime scale in the shower, the shower tray has been bodged and fixed so many times. The shower door fell off during a shower, no accident report was completed and the maintenance guy just propped it up, only for it to keep falling off. There is a hole in the wall below the hairdryer and the switch is coming away from the wall, suffice to say we didnt use it. There is a hole in the floor, clearly a drain but isnt covered with a grill, they just stand a faeces covered toilet brush over the top. There is dirt on the shower screen and snot on the wall near the hairdryer which shows the bathroom has not been cleaned in ages (no not deposited by us!). The main door bolt didnt lock. The safe in the room is only big enough for passports, keys, phones and small items like this. Will not accommodate ipads/tablets etc and is charged at 2 per day! The fridge is full of ice but despite this the fridge isnt cold, and the socket it is plugged in to is falling off the wall. This is a family room and in the lounge/bedroom there is a curtain missing, so people in the hotels across can see me in bed and I sleep naked! So I guess I was entertainment for some! Yes we complained about the room the next day (we arrived very late the night before). The manager said that we had to wait 3 days to have a room change as they were full up. He said the room would be ready after 1/2pm. We went to the beach and arrived back at 17:30 only to be told because we were late back he had given the room to someone else and that we should try again the next day . We decided that because we only had a few days left it wasnt worth packing up and moving and stayed but asked for repairs to be made to the room. He agreed! Someone came to look at the main door, he tightened the screws then said he couldn't fix it but it didn't matter as our key card was the only card that worked the door. Except of course that isnt true as maintenance, housekeeping and any other staff member have keys too! As for everything else nothing was repaired! We stayed all inclusive, well that was a joke too! The food was all fly ridden as there are no coverings on it. Breakfast consisted of food you would eat for lunch, cooked peppers, salad etc but they did have scrambled eggs and cereal. There isnt a bread station or toaster. We tried to eat the food but it was disgusting and over cooked, chips were cooked and reheated the next day. The pasta was over cooked and soggy. Nothing was labelled and I am pescatarian and dairy free so it was impossible to know what I could and couldn't eat and none of the staff understood enough english to understand what I was trying to explain. The only fruit available was whole apples and watermelon, which were tasteless. We ended up having to eat out for every meal. The all inclusive bar only had xxxx drinks available. Cocktails, Turkish coffee and water were all charged extra and any drinks outside of 10AM-10PM were also charged extra. Only good thing about this place is how lovely the housekeepers are, rubbish at cleaning but very nice and friendly. If I ever return to Turkey I will be sure to stay somewhere better and avoid this place. The saying you get what you pay for is so true of this place. Yes it's cheap but it is not even worth its cheapness!! You have been warned!!!!
