  Igual que en la propia casa!!!

  La localizacion comodisima y la comunicacion con el centro de la ciudad o Estaciones facil. Es más que un B&B : Maria y Matteo te ayudan a encontrar ¡cualquier cosa que necesites!, La decoracion, la limpieza y los desayunos perfectos: uno de los mejores cafés de Milan, que Matteo tiene la amabilidad de prepararte y unos deliciosos zumos de naranja calabresa. Al segundo dia de llegar a Milan, despues de caminar ya pensaba . " ahora me voy a casa (Il Libeccio!!) y descanso un poco. Creo que han conseguido ir un paso adelante del simple B&B.   Me encantó.

  Excelente bed and breakfast. Como el resto de los viajeros destaco la amabilidad de Matteo. El lugar muy limpio y hermoso, el desayuno muy completo. La ubicación no está nada mal porque hay un bus que te lleva directo al centro y a la estación de tren.

  Just a few issues kept me from giving 5 stars..

  To start we really liked this place. It appears to be an older apartment with just two bedrooms. There were just a few issues that kept me from giving 5 stars Two of the issues arent really under anyones control... 1. The BB is in an apartment and office square. So late at night and in the morning its loud...really loud...especially if you have a window open. I think the noise is from garbage pickup. I can sleep in noise so it didnt bother me as much but its legitimately loud. I highly doubt a small child could sleep with that level of ambient noise. Again its not really something the B.B. can control 2. On booking.com the advertisement said free parking no reservation needed. While this is technically true they failed to mention that this is in reality street parking. Again not an issue except this is Milan and parking is a nightmare - especially for out of town guests who arent used to it. That said we parked on the sidewalk. Yes on the sidewalk. I will try to attach a photo to this review to show. So you not only have to identify an open spot but then navigate a rental car in some tight places. If you happened to rent a full size car parking would have been impossible and you would have to find a pay garage. My only issue here is that when someone says free parking you tend to think they have their own parking spots or lot for guest use. 3. Another noise observation. Since this is an older apartment its very creaky and noisy. So if the people using the other bedroom come home late there is no way to avoid hearing every step and door closing. 4. My final issue isnt so much an issue as an observation. The proprietor is not located on site. Therefore when you arrive you may have to call them to come meet you. It was only a pain for us because we had to walk up to the second floor. Figure out no one was there and sort of double park while we called them. Again since parking and traffic is tough this wasnt the easiest maneuver. All in all it was very nice. Good cold breakfast that is set out the night before. Good location and helpful proprietor

  Great B&B in a nice neighborhood!

  This is a clean spacious place in a nice neighborhood. It is close to Milano Centrale (by bus and by foot). You can also get to attractions like the Duomo by bus or by foot very easily. The neighborhood is quite nice with small restaurants and bars on the same block. There was also an outdoor market on Monday right outside the apartment. Overall, great stay!

  Decent place to stay in Milan.

  · Location is perfect. 10 min. walk to Buenos Aires and Metro, Red Line. 3 stops to Duomo. Place is super clean. Matteo and Maria are excellent hosts and very helpful. Matteo responds momentarily for anything we need and always available. Communication via WASSAP works fine. Also, bunch of restaurants ( local people and authentic food ) right around the corner. Especially recommend Trattoria K2, just 100 steps away. · Internet basically doesn't work. Wi Fi is so weak, that I had to use my own roaming plan for $10 a day. Also, you need to be ready for shared bathroom. It is not convenient. And, most of the problems was very squeaky floor and echo. This is old Italian building and every move is seems to be very loud. If you are sensitive in this way, think twice. For young people, probably ok. ( This is only my opinion and referred to those who is sensitive for noises during sleep time. There is no intention to discriminate anybody by age whatsoever). And, I've been honest and write my reviews, based on my fillings only. Always. I can't say that everything is absolutely super. It is always good to have a room for improvement.
