  Highly highly recommend

  We stayed in this hotel in July '12 and as non Russian speaking guests we were treated extremely well, there are enough staff who speak very good English and they are vey attentive, as we were going to bed in the evening the receptionist handed us a note with the weather on for where we were heading the next day, in the morning was a small bag hung on the door with a printed sheet of the UK News headlines. We stayed in a double Comfort room which was faultless, immaculately clean and the decor was quirky but high standard and contemporary. The room has Aircon, WiFi, fridge, flat screen TV, DVD player with a range of DVD's to use, I would recommend anyone stay here, it's just off the M5 so very handy for travellers.

  Decent stay

  We booked a small twin room and a standard double room. When we reached , the small twin room turned out to be bunk beds . They advertise it wrong . No pics either . Finally with a lot of confusion and paying extra we got 2 rooms in the nearby motel of theirs . Room is very clean . Well maintained . Breakfast is a very good spread . They need to change the description of their room on booking.com and post real pics of the rooms . Misleading ..

  Comfortable Rooms, Average service

  The level of communication with the people of the front desk is very limited. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH basically, only Russian. Very hard to ask questions and receive an answer. The hotel is far away from the city center, 25 min by taxi. Communication in Samara with UBER drivers and taxis is also very limited and hard... especially late at night. Also no elevator... upon check in a boy helped us with our bags, 4 floors up. Upon check out we had to do it ourselves, with heavy luggage. Not a bad option to stay in. We came to watch a game for the World Cup, options were limited and hotel Was packed. Pros: - Breakfast is very complete and very good, a lot of options - Beds very comfortable - Clean
