  És un hotel descuidado, anclado en los 80's, sin wifi en la room, encontramos pelos en la ducha... Por suerte solo pasamos una noche. Lejos de la playa y sin servicio de lanzadera. Cobran por el papel de wc. Total... Un auténtico cuchitril. Lo único medio decente la piscina.

  Terrible do to everything

  Terrible don't go to this place I manager a bully place a pig sty did not have toilet bin and kicked bin eptied for last 8 days no clean towels for 7 days room not cleaned for days no clean sheets for 7 days cooker fridge barely worked go some where else balcony never swept the whole 2 weeks

  Horrible. Place should get shut down

  Me and my boyfriend came to stay as was fairy cheap. As soon as we got off bus the first words we heard were "where are they!" Safe was at reception aswell as looking yuck. Was let to top floor. It reminded me of movies where people get kidnapped.shower was mouldy and to top it off slept in clothes and there was ants and bugs everywhere. I was 28 at the time and actually cried. The air con didn't work so my boyfriend went to complain at least three times (early morning) we were told we would get a ground floor room in the morning. We did which wasn't much better as shower was cold. Stayed one more night then paid £200 for a different hotel. Do not book here. Can't stress enough. Disgusting. Shouldn't even get one star.

  Only lasted 2 nights, and that was 2 night too many

  Well what to say?? For the rate I paid I wasnt expecting something 5* but I at least wanted something that was clean. Firstly on arrival I got told I was late. I had already contacted my agent regarding me arriving a day later due to Thomas Cook collapsing and having to change my flights. There was no welcome whatsoever and I was made to feel an inconvenience to them. When I got to the room - well words cant really describe it. I know I paid a fairly cheap rate but I expect cleanliness. The shower room was covered in mould, Id probably come out dirtier than when I went in. The sink had grime in it and the fridge was brown (Im guessing it should have been white). On top of the dirty ness there was no hot water to even try and clean the place. The bed sheets have certainly seen better days. I dont like holes in my covers, or is that just me. Also the name of the hotel appears to be wrong, on the outside and on the key I was given it said Nature Aparts, I thought I had booked Musti Family Aparts. I managed to find other accommodation elsewhere at the same rate, but a lot cleaner and friendlier. Would I recommend? - definitely not. I feel sorry for anyone staying here. I only gave it a 1 because you have to rate it something otherwise it would be zero!!

  Place should be closed down. Kicked out with 3 kids on my own for complaining of how disgusting the place was!!

  Over here in Marmaris just now. Arrived on 22nd september to nature apartments early hours in the morning with my baby, 12 and 14 year old. Got shown to room on the 2nd floor. No lifts and had a baby in a pram. What came next shocked me!! This place was hell on earth. Ants and bugs everywhere. Bed sheets soiled. 1 dirty towel for 4 people. Shower was all mold. Toilet seat was on the floor. Fridge was thick with food mold. Handle off balcony door came off in my hand. Front door didnt lock. I told the kids not to touch anything. I went to speak to manager. He was so aggressive to me and told me if I didnt like to take my cases and kids and get to f###. We had to sleep for one night so we stacked up all cases at the door to try stop anyone get in. Put my babies big blanket on a single bed and 4 of us slept in 1 bed with no aircon. Next day got up and asked to speak to manager. Was told that i wasnt getting money back for hotel. I asked for wifi password so i could go online for phone number for sunshine holidays and was told no. Had to take my kids to a great corner steak house for wifi to phone home. Sent all pics to sunshine and was refunded by them. So there we were in Marmaris. A woman with 3 kids having to look for a hotel. Found somewhere but had to pay £300 from spending money for new place!! I cannot understand why anyone in their right mind could stay here. Its beyond disgusting and its unsafe. Holiday companies should be ashamed putting this on their website. Please please do not go here!!!!
