  Relaxe to go skiing

  Rissbacher Hof is a nice quit hotel that get's you well rested and well fed back on the slopes for excellent skiing at Hoch Zillertal!

  Good hotel, food, rooms!

  Clean rooms, diner was very good (even though we chose veggie option, wich is not standaard on the menu) the cooks Made an excellent diner everynight! Breakfast good aswell lots of options to chose from from 5 different breads, 2 yoghurts, vegetables, all kinds of meat and cheese, voiles eggs, freshly squashed fruitjuice etc etc. Skibus makes its first stop in the morning directly in front of the hotel wich guarantees a seat, wich is a huge plus. Owners (who take care of the drinks and sometimes the removal of plates etc from the table, are pretty unfriendly and dus not make us feel very at home/comfortable. This could be due to pressure, but if that is the case some more personal should be hired! All in all we enjoyed our stay here a lot and reallifesoap recommend this hotel. We might be back!

  Hotel for skiers or mountaineers situated in Zillertall near the lifts in both Kaltenbach and Zell

  We used Rissbacherhof for a weeks skiing vacation in February 2019. The place consists of 3 large buildings - the Pension located in front at the road - the Hotel ind the back and the Landhaus to the side in the back (the Landhaus is part of a farm - there is cows in the building also). It is possible to book with half pension, breakfast starts at 7:30 (a bit late for early skiers) - dinner from 18-19:30 (starting time). We stayed in the Landhaus where the rooms are small but have a nice balcony facing the road. The bathrooms are the kind that is "all in one" plastic cube. It works but there is very little space in the shower and only room for one in the bathroom at a time. The noice level from other rooms is loud, but luckily most skiers go to sleep early. Internet was very good in our room. All 3 buildings have good opportunity to store your skies and have your boots heated over night. Staff is a mix of locals and eastern europeans - all very friendly. The breakfast is a large buffet. Dinner is 3 courses plus a salat buffet. All is very nice and selection is good, but only regular coffee or tea for breakfast.

  Tirol experiance

  I come over here from Top class hotels in Manila (Seda) and Mumbai (Trident). Just day before I departed, I checked TripAdvisor rewievs. Most of them are devastating. Therefore I prepare myself for the worst. Surprisingly I found here very nice hotel (related to stars), kind and supportive staff. Hotel is clean and very well arrange in Tyroler style. Breakfast and dinner are rich and tasty. Ok, they promote that 1 l of mineral watter will wait in our room, but this not happened. Overall, we were very happy with facility and service. In the end two important details (for me): hard mattresses and a strong jet of shower water :) If some of you published bed reviews, please be aknowledge that situation obviously change now. We will come again.
