  Fantastic, great value, centrally placed..Go!!

  Fab modern and high quality B And B rooms in central Pescara. Domenico is wonderful, charming and so helpful. Highly recommended, spotlessly clean and communal kitchen / breakfast area. 5 star for value, location and service.

  Good Location

  We only stayed one night, but if in the area again would definitely stay here. Very nice accommodations; quiet, clean and spacious. Just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Kitchen well stocked for breakfast or snacks. The owner was very helpful and spoke English.

  great stay

  It was our first time in Pescara and New York B&B was an excellent choice! It is centrally located but still very quiet, extremely clean, close to seaside. The owners are really nice people - they helped us with all necessary info (restaurants, bike rentals, buses etc) and are very attentive to details. The breakfast, self service, was very nice - we had everything at our disposal (cheese, ham, coffee, muffins, cereals, milk, croissants etc). If we were to return, we would definitely choose them again because we had a great stay. Thanks, Domenico, for everything!

  Nice B&B in a location close to shopping and restaurants but let down by customer service

  Nice comfortable room. The breakfast was limited and do-it-yourself but was OK. The room had A/C but there were no controls in the room. The lack of anyone to meet us when we arrived was annoying as we had informed them of the time we were due to get there. Therefore we didn't get the opportunity to ask about parking, A/C controls and any recommendations about where to eat.

  Espectacular

  La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Tiene un hermoso balcón. El desayuno muy bueno. El lugar Super tranquilo. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo
