  Almost perfect

  We spent one week at the Novum Garden Hotel at the end of July 2018. We booked a two-bedroom, 32m2 family room, which has an amazing view. This room contains a bigger (parents) room, a small children room, a bathroom and a balcony. In my opinion this type of room is perfect for a pleasant holiday. The hotel in general is really clean, the cleaning ladies worked hard every day. The hotel is about 400-500 meters away from the beach (despite the description from the hotel) but this distance is not a problem, it meant a pleasant walk for us. The beach is sandy, the water is shallow, very enjoyable. The quality and quantity of food is excellent. For lunch you can eat at the beach restaurant or at the pool bar (hamburgers, fries, novum roll) beside the main restaurant of course. The dinner selection is big and excellent quality. We have been to many hotels before and for us (alright this is a subjective opinion) this hotel gave the highest standards. The weakest point of this hotel is the reception (front desk). We arrived at midnight and we didnt receive the room we previously booked but a weaker, lower class room. We explained everything to them why we dont want to accept that room and what we booked but they were stubborn that they do not have that type of room we paid for and our travel agency does not have a contract for those type of roomsetc. This is the type of thing the guests do not want to deal and argue about, moreover the guests do not feel like spending a part of the holiday at reception complaining and then moving. On the second day, we went back to the reception and after some time of discussing, magically we finally could get that room we booked/paid for It is a pity, that the reception staff can not grow up to the level of this hotel.

  You could not find better

  Excellent resort ideally situated on the Turkish riviera. We had an all in plan which was fully satisfactory. Rooms are first class wish plenty of space. WIFI in the room is charged but at a very modest price. The nice sandy beach is 5 min walk away. Parasols and lounge chairs are at disposal. It has inclusive hotel bar and restaurant. Being away from the rooms means people don't block their seats with their towels in he morning.

  great holiday with kids

  Just a great week. Fresh food everyday, fish, Turkish specialties, great saladbar. Great for parents and for kids alike. Loved the rooms, modern and well equipped. Friendly staff, overall well maintained and just a great week with the kids. I've seen quite some hotels, and this a great spot price-quality wise for a week of relaxing. We'll be back next year.

  Ir you not German- Dont stay here!

  Food was good and really clean hotel. Stuff trying to talk in English or Russian language,but everything was for German people! And nothing to do for kids! I'm really disappointed and never come back! Our family understands- In Turkey you can find small Germany!

  Again in Novum Garden

  We stayed at the Novum Garden for the second time. Like last year, everything was clean and the service was excellent. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. If I must say any negative experience, then I would advise tot he hotel to pay more attention to the toilet areas behind the beach bar (keep it a bit more clean) and if it is possible, then try to expend it. We would like to greet the reception team and we hope to see you next year!
