  Terrible. Avoid staying here

  The service here is appalling. We were turned away at 5pm after an hour of trying to check in. We had valid government issued photo ID but not our passports due to them being posted ahead to us for collection a few days later. Due to this they did not allow us to stay despite us explaining and providing evidence as to why we did not have our passports. We even offered for them to call the police to explain. As we had already booked and paid for three nights we were told to contact them on Monday for a refund when the receptionist's boss would be in the office. It is now more than three weeks later and we still have not received a refund because they say they were 'acting within the law' however they do not have the right to CHOOSE to turn us away AND then keep our money.

  Amazing!!!

  I stayed here for 5 months in 2013. Gianna and Luca are great and are willing to help you! Ognissanti is in a great location, really close to the main attractions in Firenze, approximately 10 minutes walking to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. Also some great places to eat along the way anywhere you go!

  Highly reccomended

  Loved staying in this apartment during Jul-18. Location was very central to the train station and everywhere else in Florence. The room was huge, clean and had great wifi and aircon. The apartments are accessed by stairs (no lift). Staff were VERY helpful and accommodating.

  Beautiful room and perfect location.

  Staying for 3 nights and the place is superb. Large quiet room with huge bed, en suite with large shower, fridge in room and free coffee maker in reception. Location brilliant close to train station and all local attractions only 10 mins stroll. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
