  Very nice hotel

  It was a very nice hotel in a quiet area next to the beach, we stayed there for 6 nights and everyone was nice to us. The staff are doing a very good job. We asked for coffee several times but we weren't charged for it. Daily room service.

  Avoid, if at all possible

  This has got to be the worst hotel Ive stayed in since I backpacked around Europe 30 years ago. The reception staff were incompetent, unfriendly and unhelpful. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The air conditioning didnt work. The advertising was misleading, as the room information on Hotels.com said the room had a balcony, but the room barely had a window and they refused to acknowledge nor understand my complaint. Shocking, awful, hot, stuffy, unfriendly, and downright shameful. Avoid, if at all possible, there are plenty other places to stay.

  Nice place

  Stayed here our final night in Italy after just getting off an 11-day cruise and wanted a place near the airport but on the beach. We got off the cruise early so arrived early needing an early check in which was no problem. Nice, clean and comfortable room with a view of the beach. The perfect way to finish a romantic vacation with my wife.

  Not comfortable

  We arrived very late to the hotel and the receptionist was at the door. There was no welcome, no conversation, nothing. We told him our names, he gave us the key, took us to the elevator and that was that. It was like an uncomfortable silent movie. The room itself was spacious and had the necessary amenities. The bed, however, was quite bad. The duvet did not have a cover and the pillows were immensely thin, so it was almost as if there was no pillow. The hotel is located right next to the beach.

  Just OK

  Wouldnt choose again. Good location. Across the street from the beach. Easy walk to lots of restaurants on the strip. Small room which we expected. Also expected balcony. Didnt get balcony. Got small room on ground floor with small window and little light. Reasonably clean. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty. Two little bottles of shampoo on sink. No bar soap. Double bed is two single cots pushed together with one large sheet. Not very comfortable. Pillows were very flat. We were there for two nights. Second night we had a clean top sheet, which made the room look nice, but the same wrinkled, ill-fitting bottom sheet. Air conditioned. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi is free but dropped us several times. Free parking is street parking. Did not use free breakfast.
