  Nice budget hotel

  Nice room, clean and tidy, staffs are smiley and helpful, very value for money according to its location, Stayed there for two nights and didn't have any sorts of problem apart form some late night noise from the street , location is suitable for families and couples

  Like an ashtray and VERY tired.

  I only stayed one night, the bed was broken, the whole place stinks of cigarettes, it was not very clean, over priced for what it was, I would never stay here again and advise other people not to. The surrounding area is dirty, busy, and filled with touts trying to get you inside for business.

  Decent stay for single traveler.

  I walked in to this hotel, liked the deal for single room for fisrt two nights. Room was tiny, but guess what, its the perfect value for money stay considering location. Later I came back after a break of two days, got a better deal with a queen size bed room, since I booked two days together.

  Decent for a budget hotel

  I spent three nights on this hotel. My experience is average. The front desk lady is not very friendly. I booked the room for one night and then extended my stay for another two night, it's actually a mistake because I am supposed to booked entire three nights in one book id, but I made it into two. She got mad at me and told me I am not very smart of doing that. I spoke Bahasa so I rather understand Malay better than she though. I didn't say anything about that but let's the review talks. The AC in my brother's room was not working, but they're not going to changed my brother's room or checked it until the very next day, they said it's because the technician is not in position. I booked a room for 4 people but we only get 2 towels and I have to ask for extra towel EVERY single night, worse I HAVE TO GET THE TOWEL BY MYSELF. Not a very good service.

  Budget hotel in a very good location.

  It is not easy to see the signage of the hotel but is not difficult to find it either. Located exactly facing Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Room size was average but at least is clean including the bathroom. Bathroom is spacious though. Although the hotel is located right at the heart of Bukit Bintang street, at least is not that noisy so you will still be able to have a proper sleep. Overall, is good budget hotel which you will not feel unsafe or in some crappy environment. Walking distance to MRT Bukit Bintang and Monorail Imbi.
