  Two weeks In Phuket

  I stayed at the Ozone Condotel for a couple of weeks in early September. The unit I stayed in on the second floor was a one bedroom, with small (but functional) kitchen. The decor was very basic and it had a small balcony that looked out on an alleyway. The building's amenities were also very basic. They advertised a gym but it would be difficult for two people to work out at the same time. The pool was on the roof directly across from the gym. Although I didn't use it, I did notice a well-worn sign that warned that the steps leading up to the pool deck were broken. On the positive side, the building was very close (short walking distance) to local restaurants and bars. One of those same local bars (across from the building's front entrance) played extremely loud music into the wee hours of the morning and might be a problem if you were staying in one of the front units. There is a currency exchange booth and a 7-11within a half block. The 7-11 has coffee, food, snacks, beer, wine and alcohol twenty-four hours a day.

  amazing residence

  i could not fault this place in the slightest. on entering i was quickly greeted by the most wonderful, helpful host you could possible ask for - she kindly asked if i could wait 5mins which was defintely not a problem and then we processed booking and checked into the most amazing 1 bedroom apartment. absolutley superb place, location and service Kata beach and the price for what you get is excellent. Highly recommend.

  Comfortable Stay

  Great Location, close to restaurants, shopping are and there's 7-Eleven nearby. Room are spacious and clean. The area is kinda peaceful and quiet. The price is cheap compare to what you get. Staffs are lovely. Overall happy and will come back again in Jan!

  Great place!

  We stayed here for 4 nights but wanted to stay just one more night so we extended our stay. The room itself was great. The kitchen was modern and had nearly everything we needed (apart from an oven but the hobs did the job). Would be great if there was a few basic things such as cooking oil, salt and pepper. The rooftop pool and the gym was fab. Location wise, we were a short 10/15 mins to either Kata or Karon Beach and always quiet at night which is great. I would recommend!

  Very Bad customer service

  I have a friends, whom to stay in this place. I want to make a surprise for them for there birthday, very simple. I planned to prepare everything by myself, from them just need to delivery to the room in the morning. I tried to contact by the number from their official wen site. 1st number lady try to reject, even did listen careful what I tired to explain, after she said she s not reception and gave me number of reception. thank you for this. but for this number no one pick-up phone, never. as on web site have one more mobile number, I tried to call there, 1st man pick up my call, said me to wait 5 minutes and after drop my call. I tried to call back several time, but they reject all the time and after just ignore it. so, its mean you cannot count to get any service from them, they not able to help at all. after you paid money, they will forget you. very sad to meet this situation in the land of smile.
