  Little piece of heaven

  What can I not say about this hotel it was just wow the views are amazing the staff are the most friendliest people I have ever met the rooms were amazing felt very safe here the location is fab I would not fault this hotel in anyway should be a five star hotel loved every minute would love to return but currently to scared to travel to Turkey with the current situation

  Disappointed

  This hotel has changed owners this year to Sealight family . We have stayed in this hotel the last 3 years and have enjoyed every min.This year all i can say is what a disappointment ,On arrival we noticed lobby had changed areas from a fab well spacious one to a half put together one (first impressions always key) . We were den put in 2 rooms across from each other .We had booked family room had to wait next morning for it .One room had no aircon n was stinking.Next morn got family room we had paid for and had to transfer all luggage ourselfs. All inclusive so so not worth the money . Went down once for breakfast n nothin like other years . Lunch n dinner same thing day in day out .(previous years got to order wat u wud like for lunch)we ate out last 4 evenings (glad we had extra money) As for the bar well ive never seen anthin like it only 1 beer to choose (not even an effes in sight ,their own beer) 3 cocktails to choose from .which d barman was makin different every time . Or wine which u might get given in a plastic cup n told to go lobby bar yourself to get glass!!! Entertainment is only aimed at turkish children n is d same songs EVERY NIGHT. One evening after songs we wer lucky as a good dance group came on. As for kids club joke (none) maybe lucky for ur child to be asked to play golf. Staff are rude not like other years. Only 2 members of staff stand out for been nice n polite n good english Ozzy on bar at evening and Shady on entertainment team. Not one icecream was had in dis hotel nor cud u buy dem on site shop. Spa pakage was around20euro dearer for us Irish than Turkish.Have both leaflets one we wer given wit euro n one a turkish family wer given in lira. This hotel is no longer aimed for Irish n English.The hotel itself was fab and around pool area had new tiles n kids pool extended wit slides. Its such a beautiful place n im sad that dis is now a place i will not be returning too

  love this hotel have been here 5 times sometimes twice a year dolmus outside the gate , beaufiful beach with watersports , Nitetime and daytime entertainment 10/10 you don't even have to go out of hotel , staff are wonderful would go out of there way for you defenitly reccommend this hotel, clean spacious rooms great location , it has a shop with all essentials , Turkish bath, and hairdessess .

  Great Hotel.

  Stayed here in May with 3 friends. What a gem. Everything was perfect from the clean and airey rooms thanks to the maids to the delicious food. Plenty of choice . The hotel provided hourly transport to their private beach which had sun beds and umbrellas f.o.c. The local beach was 10 mins walk away where there were bars and restaurants as well as a few shops. Local buses ran from outside the hotel into Kusidasi town for 3 lire.. about 50p.! Authentic Turkish baths around the corner worth a try... amazing and they collect from the hotel although the hotel spa provides this too. Amazing holiday super friendly staff and excellent service.

  So Disappointed

  This was our eighth time returning to Sealight Family Club (formerly known as Palmin Sunset Plaza). The hotel changed hands this year and is now part of the Sealight hotel group. Well, what can i say about our stay this year only it has been a huge disappointment. On arrival,late at night, we entered reception like previous years unaware reception has moved to the end of the complex (no visible sign showing new reception area) We asked barman where was reception, he didnt understand us as he had no english therefore we had to look ourselves carrying luggage. When we found reception, there was no bell boy to carry our bags unlike previous years, the receptionist spoke very little english. We asked what side of the complex was our apartment was and his response to this was he didnt know and we would have to find ourselves . We felt we were treated like second class citizens when we went to the bar for a drink as the barman would ignore you and serve turkish first, this really annoyed me. The cleaning staff didnt speak english and really i dont know what i was signing for every morning The food we found was ok and the restaurant staff were nice and smiled compared to the bar staff The entertainment team might as well not be there as all they did was play loud music every day, not one pool game for adults did i see, never interacted with people bar their own (turkish) compared to the great entertainment team that was there before On the day of departure, we paid 120 lira to keep our room until 4.30pm, the cleaning staff were knocking on the door at 4 !!!! The hotel has a fantastic view, one of the many reasons we kept going back, we have made life long friends and happy memories in this hotel but i am sad to say, we wont be returning to this hotel
