  Super place

  I enjoyed most of my time there,10 points to Animation team ,they are doing a great job especialy Tsveta ,hope I said it right,my daughter got very found of her Very low points to reception staff Swimming pool excelent,food medium,restaurant staff could do with a smile from time to time. For a 3 star hotel I would recomend,.The new installed escalators a big disappointment,they don't work all the time.

  RUBBISH HOTEL-DO NOT GO!!!!!!

  The hotel is not a three star but a two star if not one. Its an old hotel that needs a refurbishment, a lot of things are broken on the property. The staff here does not speak english. CLEANING SERVICE: Does not clean the rooms properly, only changes the bins. Does not add any soap or shampoos, towels and toilet paper. Does not use any chemicals to clean the room, only uses one dirty bucket for the whole hotel. Does not make the beds or change the sheets. Cleans rooms at around 4:30 in the afternoon. FOOD: Cold, greasy, everyday its the same thing. If things are not eaten at lunch they add it to the dinner. Dirty, the fruits are rotten. Always not enough fries. The food name tags do not match to the actual food. Never enough forks, knives, spoons and cups for tea or coffee.The staff at the restaurant does not speak any english at all! SWIMMING POOLS: The splash in the kids pool does not work. A lot of chlorine is added to the kids pool each day this can be seen as the bottom of the pool turns white. The actual big pool starts from 170cm, not too good for kids and teens if they want to have fun, this pool is also not good for those who can not swim. Again a lot of chlorine is added each night. The area around the pool is dirty not only with the dirt left by the guest eg: cups, cigarettes but also full of leaves. The lamps for the pool swims loosely on the surface of the pool. The life guard has a RACIST approach towards the english kids but not to the Romanian or Bulgarian. He is never to be seen around unless he has a problem with one of the english kids. Calls it my pool. The sewages around the pool are open meaning its dangerous for the kids and anyone walking around. Additionally there was a hopeless dog swimming in the big pool one night. POOL BAR: Does not remind you of a bar at all but a hut,everything is falling apart. The bartenders do not understand english. GARDEN: Dirty, not looked after, dark with no lights at all. Again all sewages are broken meaning that you must look where youre going. The pavement is also broken, with very high curbs not suitable for kids or anyone with children in buggies.Theres no benches for you to sit on. The area of the hotel has no fence at all or security making it quite a dangerous place. ROOMS: Everything is old and mainly broken. The television here is only in Bulgarian with only one english tv channel (bbc news). The mirror in the bathroom is on the same level as your stomach not your face. RECEPTION/LOBBY AREA: Really hard to communicate in english, maybe only one person speaks proper english. The manager isnt useful or helpful at all, isnt interested in her guests at all. The lobby area has a small television that only plays adverts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

  WORST HOLIDAYS EVER. ONE BIG F...MISTAKE.

  Well. We never been in two star hotel before. This time happened because we were cheated by some holiday company but thats different story. Hotel shouldnt have any stars. All in bad condition. Funny wooden panels ceiling hanging down. Cant use balcony because handle stay in my hand. Dirty room,not cleaned properly. Most of hotel staff dont understand anything in English.Time stopped here about 20 years ago. Its like from funny old movie. Hotel area not safe. A lots of not secured holes,etc. Pool not fully working. Food disgusting, cold. Dont go there. We checked other hotels in person in Albena Resort and its definitely the WORST.

  disaster

  During a4 days visit the room wasnt cleaned at all. After rain all the halls of the hotel were just dirty and nobody cleaned it for days even at the reception area. regarding the food it is a disaster, you actually dont have what to choose. Pool area is very dirty, used plastic glasses were left even for 2days and nobody cleaned. During my stay there were a lot of mini-football fans, they were drunk all the time, even during all night until morning they were screaming yelling at reception hall, pool area and there were nobody at reception to take some action, Reception girls just left reception. Very disastrous hotel. Dont recommend at all.

  Oh dear

  Dear sir/ madam I booked this holiday for my daughter granddaughter and myself. Positives Food in hotel was ok. My daughter however did suffer gastroenteritis after eating the pork i didnt eat it. Negatives. The room was cleaned once in a week the sheets were not changed at all. My quilt and sheet had blood on it as did my pillow it was not my blood! I informed reception of this fact and they were never replaced or changed. The toilet leaked for 3 days we reported this too. The chidrens pool had tiles missing from the floor my grandaughter cut her foot on three occassions. The water features advertised in the brochures have apparently never worked! There were drains unsafe around the grounds. A grounds light was broken with open wires accessible for children to touch. There were paving slabs that were dangerous. Dark paths that were not illuminated at night. All in all the hotel was dangerous, extremely dated and not as the pictures in the brochure.
